Terms and Conditions
(Effective 11 May, 2015)

These Terms and Conditions govern all aspects of participation in Wyndham Rewards® (the "Wyndham Rewards Program" or the "Program") worldwide, effective as of the date set forth above, and supersede all prior versions of the Terms and Conditions as of such date..

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement in electronic form between you ("you," "your" "yourself" and/or "Member") and Wyndham Rewards, Inc. ("Sponsor") ("Sponsor," "we," "us" and/or "our") and its successors.

General Information

  1. Wyndham Rewards® (the "Wyndham Rewards Program" or "Program") is offered by Wyndham Rewards, Inc., a subsidiary of Wyndham Hotel Group, LLC, its successors and assigns. Wyndham Rewards, Inc. is sometimes individually referred to as "Sponsor." These Terms and Conditions are subject to interpretation by Sponsor in its sole discretion and are governed by New Jersey law without regard to the principles of conflicts of laws.
  2. Sponsor may modify, alter, delete or add new terms and conditions for its Program at any time without notice. For Wyndham Rewards, Inc. this includes modifying, altering, adding or deleting point values, redemption levels, conversion ratios, conditions for status, conditions for membership in the Gold Status program, Earning Participants or Rewards Participants (as defined below) to the Wyndham Rewards Program at any time without notice. In addition, Wyndham Rewards may convert the Wyndham Rewards Program and Members' points into different award programs having different point values at any time without notice. This means, in the case of Wyndham Rewards, that the number of points needed to reach a reward level may be increased, the time for earning them reduced, or the rewards changed, so you may not be able to obtain, earn or claim certain rewards no matter how long you participate in Wyndham Rewards.   3. Sponsor may terminate the Program at any time upon six months' notice, without further obligation to the Member. Regardless of the amount of time you participate in the Program, your right to accumulate additional Wyndham Rewards points or other Program currency and claim rewards under the Program may be terminated and all accrued Wyndham Rewards points in your account cancelled six months after termination of the Program is announced.
  4. Only individuals that are 18 years of age or older may enroll in the Program; such individuals will hereafter be referred to as "Members" of the Program, or "Wyndham Rewards Members". Corporations, groups and other entities are not eligible. Members may not maintain more than one account or share accounts.
  5. Under the Program, Members can earn Wyndham Rewards points or similar currency in participating partner travel programs (e.g. airline miles, affiliated hotel rewards points, and other partner travel program currency) (such participating partner travel program currency, collectively, "Travel Partner Currency"). Please see the Wyndham Rewards Travel Partner Currency page for more information. Wyndham Rewards points can be earned through "Qualified Stays" at "Participating Hotels." United States and Canadian residents can also earn Wyndham Rewards points through car rentals, travel activities, and purchases from participating merchants or service providers as described in greater detail in Section II (collectively referred to as "Earning Participants"). Points or earnings with partner travel programs can only be earned through Qualified Stays at Participating Hotels; "Participating Hotels" are defined as hotels or other lodging facilities worldwide (excluding properties in Pakistan and Travelodge properties outside of the Unites States, Canada and Mexico) operating under a franchise, license or management agreement with a participating "Hotel Chain" at the time in question. Participating Hotels may sometimes be referred to as Wyndham Rewards Hotels in advertising. The participating Hotel Chains are currently Baymont Inn & Suites®, Days Inn®, Howard Johnson®, Knights Inn®, Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham®, Ramada®, Super 8®, Travelodge®, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham®, TRYP by Wyndham®, Wingate by Wyndham® and Wyndham Hotels and Resorts® branded hotels worldwide but are subject to change at any time without notice. Visit the Wyndham Rewards website or call Wyndham Rewards Member Services for an up-to-date list.
  6. A "Qualified Stay" occurs when: (A) a Member stays one or more consecutive nights at the same Participating Hotel ; (B) the nightly rate(s) for such Member’s room over the course of such Member’s stay, added together (but excluding taxes, surcharges and any other charges or fees), total at least US $25.00, (the “Minimum Total Rate”); and (C) such Member pays all amounts payable for such stay in accordance with the Participating Hotel’s then applicable payment policies. If a Member checks out and then checks back in to the same Participating Hotel on the same day, it will count as a single stay for purposes of calculating a Qualified Stay. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Terms and Conditions, if the rate for any night at a Participating Hotel falls into one of the following "Non- Qualified Market Segments ," such night will not be deemed a Qualified Stay:
    • Qualified Discounts (non- account) other than employee and family rates* and travel industry rates
    • Contract (e.g. Airline Crew)
    • Internet Opaque (e.g. Priceline.com)
    • Internet Non-Opaque (e.g. Expedia.com)
    • Wholesale Discount (e.g. Tour Operator)
    • Wholesale Allotment (e.g. Local & Global Sales wholesale accounts)
    • Non-Revenue (e.g. Complimentary Room, go freeSM award)
    • go fastSM award as described in Section III(C) below
    • Locally negotiated group rates (i.e., rates for room blocks, with or without meeting/event space , created directly by groups and a property, other than locally negotiated group rates at Wyndham Grand, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Wyndham Garden, Wingate by Wyndham and Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham properties)

Rates associated with any of the above Non-Qualified Market Segments will not qualify for Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency. Rates associated with any of the above Non-Qualified Market Segments (other than go free award and go fast award) will not count towards obtaining or maintaining Gold Status Membership or Gold Status Point Bonuses. When a stay includes another travel component such as airfare or car rental, a Member will only earn Rewards points on the room rate (or total folio at Wyndham Grand, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, and Wyndham Garden properties).

*Employees of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation as well as owners and employees of all Wyndham Hotel Group properties are eligible for Employee and Family rates. Immediate family members of the above mentioned employees are also eligible to receive this benefit. Immediate family members are classified as a spouse, domestic partner, child, sibling, parent and parent-in-law. Signed Employee and Family voucher must be presented at check-in.

†Travel industry rates are classified as rates offered to travel industry employees. Valid employee identification or International Air Transport Association Travel Agent ID card must be presented at check-in.

  1. Wyndham Rewards points can be redeemed for hotel and resort go free award (as defined in Section III(B)(1) below), go fast award (as defined in Section III (C)(1) below), rewards from participating partner travel programs, and retail gift cards. U.S. residents can also donate points to participating U.S. charities, and redeem for other rewards from participating merchants and service providers as described in greater detail in Section III (collectively referred to as "Rewards Participants").
  2. Sponsor is not responsible for the terms and conditions, products, services, membership requirements, or any other aspects of the programs offered by Earning Participants, Rewards Participants or other Wyndham Rewards partners.
  3. Wyndham Rewards points expire four (4) years after being posted to the Member's account, unless the points are forfeited or cancelled earlier due to membership inactivity or otherwise in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. All issues related to the value, redemption and expiration of Travel Partner Currency will be governed by the terms and conditions then in effect for the applicable program.
  4. Wyndham Rewards points in a Member's account do not constitute property of the Member, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred during or after the Member's life, by operation of law or otherwise.
  5. All accrued points in a Member's Wyndham Rewards account may be cancelled or forfeited if the Member has no Account Activity (as defined below) for a period of eighteen (18) consecutive months.
  6. A Member's Wyndham Rewards account may be terminated if the Member has no Account Activity for a period of sixty (60) consecutive months.
  7. "Account Activity" is defined as any point earning, redeeming or transfer activity involving a change in the Member's Wyndham Rewards point balance, including but not limited to the earning or redemption of points, the earning of Travel Partner Currency, credit card earning through Wyndham Rewards, and the redemption of Wyndham Rewards points for airlines miles/tickets, the redemption for gift cards or merchandise, or the donation of points to charity. Wyndham Rewards earning and redemption opportunities are subject to change and may vary by country.   8. Sponsor, at its option, may send to Members periodic statements by mail or electronically. Members may access their Wyndham Rewards point balance and earning history at any time online or by calling Wyndham Rewards Member Services. Wyndham Rewards Member Services will be closed on certain United States holidays including: Memorial Day (last Monday in May), Independence Day (4th July), Labor Day (1st Monday in September), Thanksgiving (3rd Thursday in November), Christmas (25th December) and New Year's Day (1st January).
  9. Fraud or abuse of Program or staff or guests at any Participating Hotel by Members is subject to administrative and/or legal action by the respective Sponsor including, but not limited to in the case of Wyndham Rewards, termination of the Member's account, forfeiture of all accrued Wyndham Rewards points, Travel Partner Currency, and/or cancellation of any previously issued rewards. Sponsor may terminate or suspend a Member's Program membership, including, but not limited to cancelling points in his/her account, if the Member fails to pay the bill of any hotel, travel supplier or other Earning Participant or Rewards Participant.
  10. Sponsor and its affiliates make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding any product or service provided by any Earning Participant or Rewards Participant or any other party, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor and its affiliates will not be responsible for performance of, or failure to perform by, any Earning or Reward Participant or any other party, or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of or a defect in any products or services of any Earning Participant or Rewards Participant or any other party. Wyndham Rewards points, Travel Partner Currency, and rewards earned through the Program may be subject to tax, which is the sole responsibility of the Member and will not qualify to earn additional Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency.
  11. Participation in the Program and/or the awarding and redemption of Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency is void where prohibited by law.
  12. Members are responsible for communicating name and address change information to the Program via the Wyndham Rewards website or by calling Wyndham Rewards Member Services (see Section I(2) above for telephone numbers).
  13. Use of the Program website is subject to the Terms of Use found in the footer of all pages on wyndhamrewards.com. Without limiting such Terms of Use, (a) no warranties are made as to the content of the website or that the functioning of the website will be uninterrupted or error free; and (b) use of the website is at the Member's own risk.
  14. In the event that any Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency is erroneously posted to a Member's account, Sponsor may have them removed from the Member's account.
  15. Sponsor maintains its own consumer-facing privacy notice which is applicable to Members' participation in Sponsor's Program, which Sponsor may update from the time to time (the "Privacy Notice"). The current version of the Privacy Notice can be found in the footer of all pages on wyndhamrewards.com, or can be obtained by sending a written request to the following address:

  1. The personal information you provide is maintained in database (the "Membership Database") that is owned and/or controlled by Wyndham Rewards, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Wyndham Hotel Group, LLC, located in the United States. The Membership Database is hosted and maintained by Olson, Inc. Please see our Privacy Notice for information about the way and the purposes for which we process, use and share personal information. By joining the Program, you are consenting to the collection, processing, disclosure and transfer of your personal information as described in our Privacy Notice, as well as the transfer of your personal information to the United States for the purpose of enrolling in and administering the Wyndham Rewards Program.

You may unsubscribe from receiving Wyndham Rewards communications at any time by following the process described in our Privacy Notice, or by:

1. Logging in to your Wyndham Rewards profile and updating your preferences; or

2. Calling 1-866-996-7937 during the hours listed immediately below and speaking with a Wyndham Rewards member service agent.

  1. Any notice required or permitted under these Terms and Conditions shall be immediately effective upon posting them on wyndhamrewards.com or any successor website for the Program.

II. Earning

A. Earning Generally

  1. Members can earn Wyndham Rewards points through Qualified Stays at Participating Hotels (as defined in Section I above). U.S. and Canadian residents can also earn Wyndham Rewards points through car rentals, and purchases through other Earning Participants (as defined in Section I(5) above). Members can earn Travel Partner Currency only through Qualified Stays at Participating Hotels, and only if they are also members of the participating partner travel program.
  2. Members must indicate within their Wyndham Rewards profile whether they want to earn Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency for Qualified Stays. Except to the extent Sponsor specifically provides otherwise, a Member may not earn more than one type of earning (e.g., without limiting the foregoing, if a Member elects to earn airline miles with a designated airline program, such Member may not earn Wyndham Rewards points or miles with any other airline program). If a Member does not complete his/her Wyndham Rewards profile or he/she does not indicate a preference in his/her profile, he/she will earn Wyndham Rewards points. If a Member wishes to change his/her earning option, he/she must do so before the stay in question via the Wyndham Rewards website or by calling Wyndham Rewards Member Services. If a Member wishes to earn Travel Partner Currency, the member must provide his/her own participating partner travel program membership number when filling out his/her profile.
  3. Members are encouraged to provide their Wyndham Rewards membership number when they book a room or purchase goods or services from an Earning Participant in order to ensure the accrual of Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency.
  4. Once Travel Partner Currency in a designated participating partner travel program have been awarded to a Member, they cannot be exchanged for Travel Partner Currency in another participating partner travel program or converted into Wyndham Rewards points.
  5. The terms and conditions in effect at the time in question for the applicable participating partner travel program will govern the redemption and transfer of points or earnings in such programs.
  6. Wyndham Rewards points will usually be posted to a Member's account within four to six weeks after the activity through which they were earned. Travel Partner Currency will usually be posted to a Member's account in the participating partner travel program within six to eight weeks after the earning activity, but is not under the control of Sponsor and will vary by program.
  7. If the proper number of Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency is not posted to a Member's account, the Member must visit the Wyndham Rewards website or call Wyndham Rewards Member Services within 12 months of the earning activity for proper point crediting. For points or Travel Partner Currency earned through a hotel stay, the Member may be required to provide his/her membership number, dates of applicable stay, name and address of the Participating Hotel, and a copy of his/her bill.

B. Earning at Participating Hotels

  1. To earn Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency, a Member must be a registered guest at a Participating Hotel, complete a Qualified Stay (see Section I above), and meet the other conditions of this Subsection (B). This includes registered guests who are charging their Qualified Stay to a master account at Participating Hotels. A Wyndham Rewards Member is encouraged to provide his/her membership number to ensure that points or Travel Partner Currency is posted appropriately. If a hotel ceases to be a Participating Hotel, after a Member books his/her reservation, the stay will not qualify for the accrual of Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency.
  2. Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency will not be awarded when a stay is associated with any Non-Qualifying Market Segments (See Section I(6) above).
  3. A Member is eligible to earn Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency, as the case may be, for up to three (3) rooms per night . The awarding of points or Travel Partner Currency for additional rooms may vary by, as applicable, airline or other participating partner travel program in accordance with their program terms and conditions. Multiple room stays can be processed in a variety of ways. To ensure that points or Travel Partner Currency, as applicable, are awarded for additional rooms, please call Member Services following check out at the applicable number provided in Section I(2) above. The Participating Hotel should be notified of this any request to earn for additional rooms at the time of check-in. If two or more Wyndham Rewards Members share a guestroom, only the paying Member will be awarded Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency.
  4. A new Member can earn Wyndham Rewards points on Qualified Stays occurring within 30 days before enrollment only at Participating Hotels, by visiting the Wyndham Rewards website and emailing Wyndham Rewards Member Services or calling Wyndham Rewards Member Services within 12 months after enrollment. The Member may be asked to provide his/her hotel receipt and Wyndham Rewards member number, dates of applicable stay, and name and address of the Participating Hotel. The stay must have occurred after the launch date of the Wyndham Rewards Program for the participating property to qualify. Members cannot earn Travel Partner Currency for stays before enrollment.
  5. If the property requires a credit card for a reservation, the Member is a no-show, and the hotel charges his/her credit card for the first night of the no-show stay, the Member will receive base points or Travel Partner Currency for such night as if he/she had stayed but will not receive any bonus points or bonus Travel Partner Currency available in connection with any promotion that may be offered at the time of the Qualified Stay ("Promotional Points" or "Promotional Travel Partner Currency", as applicable).
  6. Wyndham Rewards Members staying at a Participating Hotel at a Qualifying Rate who have elected to earn points in their Wyndham Rewards profile are eligible to receive Wyndham Rewards points as set forth below.

Travel Partner Currency

Wyndham Rewards Members can opt to earn Travel Partner Currency for their Qualified Stays (where applicable). See the Wyndham Rewards participating travel partner earning page for specific earnings ratios and terms and conditions.

  1. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Section II(B)(6) of these Terms and Conditions ("Section II(B)(6)"), Members will receive a minimum of 1,000 Wyndham Rewards points per Qualified Stay, as more particularly described in this paragraph (a "Go Get 'EmSM award"). If, pursuant to Section II(B)(6), a Member's Qualified Stay would result in earnings of less than 1,000 points, the Member will receive (a) the points earned under Section II(B)(6) (the "Base Points"), plus (b) an amount of points equal to 1,000 less the number of Base Points (the "Additional Points"). For example, if the room rate from a Member's one night Qualified Stay at a Days Inn was $60, the Member would receive 1,000 points for that Qualified Stay because the Member earned 600 base points (60 x 10) and (b) 400 Additional Points (1,000-600). If, however, the room rate from such Member's one night Qualified Stay at the Days Inn was $120, the Member would not receive Additional Points because, pursuant to Section II(B)(6), the Member would earn more than 1,000 Base Points for that Qualified Stay (120 x 10 = 1,200). Any Gold Status Points (as defined in Section IV(B)(1) below) earned in connection with a Qualified Stay will not be counted as Base Points for purposes of determining whether or not Additional Points are owed under this Section II(B)(7) Any Promotional Points earned in connection with a Qualified Stay will not be counted as Base Points for purposes of determining whether or not Additional Points are owed under this Section II(B)(7), and, unless the promotion terms and conditions explicitly state otherwise, Additional Points will not be used in determining the number of Promotional Points owed under the terms of the promotion. For example, if the room rate from a Member's one night Qualified Stay at a Howard Johnson was $40, and the Member was registered for a then-ongoing promotion offering double points, the Member would receive (i) 400 Base Points; plus (ii) 600 Additional Points; plus (iii) 400 Promotional Points. Members who have elected to earn Travel Partner Currency instead of points are not eligible to receive Additional Points or any additional Travel Partner Currency under this Section II(B)(7).

C. Car Rental Earning

Wyndham Rewards Members can earn Wyndham Rewards points per rental day on qualified rentals from several participating partner car rental companies. See below for specific earnings ratios and terms and conditions.

50 points per day on all qualifying rentals with a maximum of 1,500 points per rental per month.

Qualified rental is any single rental of a single vehicle for one or more consecutive rental days at a participating airport location in the U.S. or Canada at a qualifying rate.

Qualifying rate excludes special rates such as a complimentary/award, tour, charter, accommodation or certain travel industry rates.

The Member must present his/her Wyndham Rewards number at the rental counter.

Alamo National

50 points per day on qualified rentals of 1-3 days.
500 points on any qualified rental of 4 days or more.

Qualified rental consists of any rental of one consecutive day or more in the U.S or Canada.

Frequent Flyer surcharge of $.75 per day on all rentals is charged when providing your Wyndham Rewards number.

SIXT

500 points per completed qualifying rental at participating locations around the world.

D. Credit Card Earning (Applicable to United States Residents Only, Excluding Puerto Rico)

Members have the opportunity to apply for and open a Wyndham Rewards® Visa® Platinum Card or a Wyndham Rewards® Visa® Signature Card (each, a "Card"). Card offers subject to credit approval. Not everyone will qualify for the Wyndham Rewards Visa Signature credit card and its benefits. If at the time of your application you do not meet the credit criteria previously established for this offer, or the income you report is insufficient based on your obligations, Visa may not be able to open a credit card account for you or you may receive a Platinum card. Benefits will vary depending upon the Card for which you are approved. Please review the materials provided with the Cardmember Agreement you will receive after account opening for more information about the benefits that will apply. For information about rates, fees, other costs, and benefits associated with the use of the Card program, please see the [Wyndham Rewards® Visa® Card terms and conditions.

First Use Bonus award: The First Use Bonus award is a one-time Promotional Points promotion limited to new Card customers ("Cardmembers") who open an account in response to a Card offer presented. First Use Bonus award subject to change at any time. First Use Bonus award cannot be combined with the Wyndham Vacation Ownership timeshare purchase finance bonus offer (0% APR first six months on timeshare down payment). The First Use Bonus award (as described below) is available to new Cardmembers only.

Earning Points:
1) $69 annual fee Wyndham Rewards® Visa® Card
Cardmembers earn Wyndham Rewards points in the following amounts based upon the types of purchase transaction charged to the Account: a) Cardholders will earn an additional five (5) Wyndham Rewards points for every one dollar ($1.00) spent in new net retail purchase transactions (purchases less credits, returns, and adjustments) made with the Card on hotel stays within Participating Hotels. b) Cardholders will earn two (2) Wyndham Rewards points for every one dollar ($1.00) spent in new net retail purchase transactions (purchases less credits, returns, and adjustments) made with the Card anywhere else the Wyndham Rewards Visa Card is accepted.

2) No annual fee Wyndham Rewards® Visa® Card Cardmembers earn Wyndham Rewards points in the following amounts based upon the types of purchase transaction charged to the Account: a) Cardmembers will earn an additional three (3) Wyndham Rewards points for every one dollar ($1.00) spent in new net retail purchase transactions (purchases less credits, returns, and adjustments) made with the Card on hotel stays within Participating Hotels. b) Cardholders will earn two (2) Wyndham Rewards points for every one dollar ($1.00) spent on all other new net retail purchase transactions (purchases less credits, returns, and adjustments) made with the Card anywhere else the Wyndham Rewards Visa Card is accepted. Balance transfer and cash advance transactions do not earn Wyndham Rewardspoints.

Wyndham Rewards Visa Card Account can only be linked to one (1) Wyndham Rewards Member number. A Wyndham Rewards Member with multiple Wyndham Rewards Visa Card Accounts in their name will be linked to one (1) Member number only. Multiple Wyndham Rewards Visa Accounts in different names cannot earn against one (1) Member number; each account must be assigned to its own Member number. Only authorized users on the same Wyndham Rewards Visa Account can earn points toward one (1) Member number.

E. Service Partner Earning (Applicable to residents in Certain US States Only)

Energy Plus™ Bonus Points are applicable only to residents of IL, OH, MD, NY, NJ, PA and MA who are new customers of Energy Plus.

Wyndham Rewards Members will earn 2 Wyndham Rewards points for every $1 spent on the Energy Plus portion of the monthly bill. Member's local utility company will continue to deliver the Member's electricity. Five Thousand (5,000) Promotional Points will be awarded to Member's Wyndham Rewards account after two months of service with Energy Plus. Bonus offer only available to new Energy Plus customers. Energy Plus reserves the right to discontinue or modify the program and other special offers cannot be combined with this offer. Additional terms and conditions apply. F. Buy and Gift Wyndham Rewards Points through Points.com

Wyndham Rewards Members who are registered with Points.com, Inc. ("Points.com") may purchase and gift Wyndham Rewards points by submitting a request online and by complying with the requirements listed below and in the Points.com terms and conditions. Points.com is operated by Points.com Inc.

  1. Members must be in good standing with the Wyndham Rewards Program in order to purchase Wyndham Rewards points from Points.com.
  2. A Member's purchase or gift request shall not be effective until accepted by Points.com. Acceptance by Points.com shall be evidenced only by the actual delivery of points into your Points.com and Wyndham Rewards accounts or the person you have given points to. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Points.com reserves the right to revoke or cancel any acceptance and cancel and reverse transactions as set forth below.
  3. Purchases of points are non-refundable.
  4. Any purchased points will not count toward qualification for any increased or improved status in the Wyndham Rewards Program. The purchase of points is not a guarantee of the availability of any Wyndham Rewards redemption options and Points.com shall have no liability or responsibility where you are unable to use or redeem any purchased points.
  5. You may purchase up to 5,000 points per transaction on Points.com. You may purchase a maximum of 5,000 points per year for your own account from Points.com, and no Member may receive more than 5,000 points per year as a gift from other Points.com users provided that in the aggregate that the total of purchased and gifted points does not exceed 5,000 points per year.
  6. You may not sell, barter or otherwise conduct any unauthorized distribution of any points purchased from Points.com hereunder. If any points purchased by you are resold, distributed or used for improper purposes as determined by Points.com in its sole and absolute discretion, or obtained through credit card abuse or fraud or other illegal means, Points.com may, at its option and with the assistance of Wyndham Rewards, cancel, void, refuse to honor and/or confiscate such points and pursue any and all other rights and remedies that may be available.
  7. You agree that Points.com may debit your account or the account you have given points to in connection with the foregoing. You agree to fully cooperate with all reasonable requests of Points.com and Sponsor concerning any investigation or prosecution of anyone engaging in or suspected of engaging in abuse or fraud with respect to the sale of points hereunder.
  8. You agree to pay Points.com in full by credit card prior to any points being posted to your Wyndham Rewards Program account or the account of the person you have purchased them for. By submitting a request to purchase points you authorize Points.com or its representative to charge the credit card number you provided.
  9. You agree that the awarding and use of all points, including those purchased from Points.com hereunder, are subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations of the Wyndham Rewards Program, and that Sponsor has the sole and exclusive authority and responsibility for operating, modifying, terminating and establishing the terms and conditions applicable to the Wyndham Rewards Program. Points.com shall have no liability or responsibility to you for, and has no obligation to notify you of, any action, inaction or decision taken by Sponsor. You hereby agree not to make any claim against Points.com for any action, inaction or decision taken by the Sponsor. Points.com shall not be treated as the agent of Sponsor for any purpose.

Member shall indemnify, defend and hold Points.com and its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, partners, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns, harmless from and against any and all losses, obligations, claims, damages, demands, liabilities, suits, actions, costs, fees and expenses whatsoever incurred, suffered or borne by or asserted against any such persons in any way relating to, arising out of or resulting from (i) Member's use of or participation in the Wyndham Rewards Program, (ii) Member's performance or failure to perform hereunder or (iii) any breach by Member of these Points.com terms and conditions.

G. Earning Points through the e-Rewards® Opinion Panel

Wyndham Rewards Members that become new members of the e-Rewards Opinion Panel ("e-Rewards Program") can receive 350 Wyndham Rewards points when they complete their first survey within 90 days of enrolling into the e-Rewards® Opinion Panel. By participating in on-going surveys through the e-Rewards Program, Members can earn additional Wyndham Rewards points by earning e-Rewards currency and then redeeming e-Rewards currency for Wyndham Rewards points. e-Rewards Terms and Conditions (http://www.e-rewards.com/memberagreement.do) apply to the e-Rewards Opinion Panel. The e-Rewards Program is provided by Research Now Group, Inc. (formerly known as e-Rewards, Inc.) ("Research Now"), a Delaware corporation, 5800 Tennyson Parkway, Suite 600, Plano, TX 75024, USA, and operated by Research Now.

III. Redeeming

A. Redeeming Generally

  1. Members can redeem Wyndham Rewards points for go free award at Participating Hotels worldwide, and in connection with go fast award at go fast award Participating Hotels (as defined in Section III(C)(1) below), as each is more particularly described in Subsections B and C below. Members can also redeem Wyndham Reward points for the other rewards listed on the "Redeem" tab found on the Wyndham Rewards website or by calling Wyndham Rewards Member Services. Wyndham Rewards points are not redeemable for cash. Redemption may vary by country. Please visit the "Redeem" tab on www.wyndhamrewards.com for more information.
  2. Points will be deducted from the Member's account at the time the redemption request is made.
  3. All redemptions are final and rewards may not be returned for credit except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions.
  4. All rewards are subject to availability and certain conditions and limitations established by the applicable Rewards Participant that are in effect at the time of redemption, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. Expiration and blackout dates may apply. Members may not be able to combine rewards with other discounts or special offers of Rewards Participants. Please refer to the "Redeem" tab on the Wyndham Rewards website, the applicable Rewards Participant's website and any applicable Terms and Conditions, or call Wyndham Rewards Member Services for further information. Only Wyndham Rewards Members can redeem points in their accounts. All rewards will be shipped to the Member's address on file in the Program except for merchandise rewards, for which Members can designate other addresses. Upon the request of a Member, go free award, go fast award and airline tickets can be issued in the name of any person designated by the Member. Gift certificates are not personalized and can be used by any person. Rewards are not otherwise transferable or redeemable for cash. Rewards will not be replaced or reissued, nor points re-credited to a Member's account if the reward is lost, stolen, or otherwise destroyed. Sponsor and its affiliates, Rewards Participants and contractors will not be responsible for rewards or correspondence which are lost or delayed by the U.S. Mail or by another delivery service. Once airline tickets or any other travel documents have been issued, it will be the Member's responsibility to make arrangements with the carrier and to pay any penalty that might be imposed if he/she wants to change his/her itinerary.
  5. When a Member redeems a reward from a Rewards Participant who is also an Earning Participant under the Program, the Member will not earn Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency on such activity.
  6. Rewards may change from time to time. For the most up-to-date list of rewards, see the "Redeem" tab on the Wyndham Rewards website or call Wyndham Rewards Member Services. Rewards will be offered at pre-determined point levels, set forth on the Rewards Schedule.

B. go free award for Participating Hotels

  1. Members can redeem 15,000 points for one (1) free night at any Participating Hotel worldwide (a "go free award"), subject to availability with no blackout dates.A go free award is valid only for the room rate for one (1) single or double standard hotel room for up to the maximum occupancy of the room, including local taxes but not including incidental charges (such as, but not limited to, long distance telephone calls, movie rentals and room service), except in the case of all-inclusive participating Wyndham Hotels and Resorts properties, where a go free award also includes meals and other amenities for up to two (2) guests for the free night.
  2. The go free award is valid only for the specific hotel requested when the points are redeemed. The redemption of the 15,000 points for a go free award occurs at time of reservation and certain arrival and departure restrictions may apply. Rooms are subject to availability and there are no blackout dates.
  3. Cancellation policies for go free award are dictated by individual hotels. Please check with Wyndham Rewards Member Services at 1.866.996.7937 to confirm the Participating Hotel's cancellation policy. If a Member properly cancels his/her reservation through Wyndham Rewards Member Services and in accordance with the Participating Hotel's cancellation policy, all points redeemed for the go free award will automatically be returned to his/her account (provided they have not expired as of the date of such cancellation). If a change or cancellation is made on a go free award reservation after some or all of the points redeemed for such go free award have expired, the expired points will be forfeited and will not be re-credited to the Member's account.
  4. Multiple go free award can be combined for stays longer than (1) one night, subject to availability. go free award may be combined with go fast award, subject to availability, but may not be combined with any other coupon, offer or promotion for the stay.
  5. A Participating Hotel's minimum length of stay (a "Minimum Stay") must be adhered to when a Member redeems Wyndham Rewards points for go free award at such Participating Hotel. In any case where a Member uses a go free award where there is a Minimum Stay, such Member must pay for the remaining nights, and/or or use additional go free award and/or go fast award pursuant to Section III(C) for such nights, to the extent available to such Member pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the foregoing sentence, for clarity, a go free award cannot be obtained for less than 15,000 points.
  6. go free award are transferrable, but the Member must redeem Wyndham Reward points for the go free award by calling Wyndham Rewards Member Services. A transferred go free award cannot be made online.
  7. In the event of a no-show, partial use or the Member fails to cancel a reservation strictly in accordance with the above cancellation procedures, the Member will forfeit his points and they will not be re-credited to his account.
  8. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary that may be contained in these Terms and Conditions, go free award nights qualify as Qualifying Nights for the purpose of obtaining Gold Status Membership and Gold Status Point Bonuses (as further described in Section IV below) but do not count toward obtaining base Wyndham Rewards points or Travel Partner Currency.
  9. Without limiting any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions, Sponsor may modify, alter, delete or add new terms and conditions for the go free award program at any time without notice, including but not limited to, the minimum points required for participation.

C. go fast award for Participating Hotels

  1. In addition, or as an alternative, to redeeming points for a go free award, Members may be eligible to combine the redemption of Wyndham Rewards points with the payment of cash for stays at go fast award Participating Hotels (as defined below) (a "go fast award"). For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a go fast award Participating Hotel means any Participating Hotel then offering a go fast award as described herein.
  2. A Member has the option to redeem 3,000 Wyndham Rewards points and pay cash to obtain a go fast award at a go fast award Participating Hotel, subject to availability. A go fast award is valid only for the room rate (excluding taxes) for one (1) single or double standard hotel room for up to the maximum occupancy of the room for one night. A go fast award does not include incidental charges (such as, but not limited to, long distance telephone calls, movie rentals and room service), except in the case of all-inclusive participating Wyndham Hotels and Resorts properties, where a go fast award also includes meals and other amenities for up to two (2) guests. The amount of cash required for a go fast award at any given go fast award Participating Hotel will vary by go fast award Participating Hotel and is determined by Sponsor. Members may perform a hotel search on http://www.wyndhamrewards.com to determine whether a Participating Hotel is a go fast award Participating Hotel on the Member's desired dates, and for more information on a go fast award Participating Hotel's applicable cash payment levels. The cash portion of the go fast award must be paid in the go fast award Participating Hotel's local currency.
  3. go fast award are valid only for the specific go fast award Participating Hotel requested when redeemed. The points redemption required for a go fast award occurs at time of reservation, and the cash payment, which may be made in cash or by credit card, required for a go fast award will be made at check-out. Certain arrival and departure restrictions may apply to use a go fast award. Rooms are subject to availability.
  4. Cancellation policies for go fast award are dictated by individual hotels. Please check with Wyndham Rewards Member Services at 1.866.996.7937 to confirm the go fast award Participating Hotel's cancellation policy. In any case where a Member uses a go fast award where there is a Minimum Stay, such Member must pay for the remaining nights, and/or or use additional go fast award and/or go free award for such nights, to the extent available to such Member pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.

The person to whom the go fast award has been transferred will be responsible for the cash payment (which may be made in cash or by credit card) at check-out.

D. Redeeming for Airline Tickets (Applicable for Residents of the United States and Canada Only)

  1. To book a flight or find out how many Wyndham Rewards points it will take to purchase airline tickets, sign into your account on www.wyndhamrewards.com and visit the "Redeem" tab to get started.
  2. Flight search results will only be available for flights more than 72 hours prior to departure.
  3. All flights are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once booked. Tickets are non-transferable and name changes are not allowed.
  4. Any changes will be charged a standard service fee plus all applicable airline penalties.
  5. A "cancellation" is defined as any change made to the name of a traveler when booked (e.g. a change from "J. Smith" to "John Smith"), the substitution of one traveler in place of another, a reduction to the number in the party, and/or the termination of the entire trip. All other changes to a reservation constitute a change.
  6. Wyndham Rewards points used to purchase flights will not be refunded for cancellations or changes.
  7. Prices do not include baggage fees and other a la carte services charged directly by the airline.
  8. Electronic confirmation and e-tickets will be sent to the e-mail provided in the contact information during the booking process.
  9. Airline tickets are booked by Sponsor or its designated travel agency on airlines and their partners whose schedules, fares and availability are displayed or published in the airline industry computer reservations system. Charters, wholesalers and consolidators are excluded, and Sponsor may omit other carriers from the Program in its sole discretion. Certain restrictions may apply including, but not limited to, availability, blackout/embargo dates, geographic limitation, and the price cap shown. Please see the "Redeem" tab on the Wyndham Rewards website for more information.

E. Redeeming for Participating Partner Travel Program Currency

Wyndham Rewards Members who are members of certain participating partner travel rewards programs may redeem their Wyndham Rewards points for the applicable currency in these programs. See the list of current participating partner travel program points and earnings redemption options on the Wyndham Rewards website (wyndhamrewards.com). When redeeming Wyndham Rewards points for partner travel rewards, Members are subject to the following:

  1. The terms and conditions of the participating partner travel program govern the redemption and distribution of the travel program's points or earnings.
  2. Members should allow 6 to 8 weeks for earnings/points to be credited to their partner travel program account after their redemption request.
  3. Once Wyndham Rewards points have been redeemed for partner travel rewards points or earnings, they cannot be returned for credit to the Member's Wyndham Rewards account.
  4. The names of the participating partner travel rewards programs are the registered trademarks of such carriers.

F. Redeeming for Car Rental Bookings (Applicable in the United States or Canada Only)

  1. To book a car rental, sign into your Wyndham Rewards account on wyndhamrewards.com and visit the "Redeem" tab to get started.
  2. There is a minimum age to rent a car. An additional fee per rental day may apply to renters in certain age groups. Check with car rental agency for details.
  3. Car rental search results will only be available for car rentals more than 72 hours prior to pick-up.
  4. All car reservations are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or dates changed once booked.
  5. All renters and additional drivers must meet minimum age for renting location.
  6. A major credit card and a valid driver's license both in the same name of the renter will be required at the time of rental.
  7. Electronic confirmation and documentation will be sent to the e-mail provided in the contact information during the booking process

G. Redeeming for Car Rental Certificates (Applicable in United States and Canada Only)

Members can redeem points for Alamo®, Avis®, Budget®, and/or National® reward certificates as outlined in the below matrix. Reward certificates can be used toward any car rental, subject to the below conditions and requirements:

Avis® and Budget® Reward Certificates

  1. Members can redeem points for either an Avis® or Budget® Reward Certificate ("Rental Certificate" or "Certificate"). A Certificate entitles the individual listed on the front of the Certificate to a discount off the base time and mileage charges of the Avis or Budget car rental in the amount shown on the Certificate, and is not applied to taxes, fees, and surcharges.
  2. An advanced reservation is required and must be booked at www.avis.com/WR or www.budget.com/WR. Apply the Avis or Budget Certificate Number found on your Certificate email and book at least 24 hours prior to pickup date. Certificate possession DOES NOT guarantee a rental and IS NOT a confirmation of a reservation.
  3. Any rental charges exceeding the value on the Certificate email are the responsibility of the renter. An acceptable means of payment for such excess must be presented at the time of rental.
  4. Renter must agree to sign Avis's or Budget's standard rental agreement in order to use the electronic Certificate. The cost of the rental will be based on the standard Avis or Budget vehicle rates in effect at the time of the reservation. Avis or Budget reserves the right to refuse to rent to persons: (a) under acceptable minimum age; (b) not having a valid driver's license or acceptable driving record as determined by Avis or Budget; (c) unable to satisfy Avis or Budget's credit card requirements; or (d) who in Avis' or Budget's opinion constitutes an unacceptable risk. Renters must meet Avis' or Budget's driver credit and age requirement. Minimum age may vary by location. Surcharges may apply to renters under 25 years old.
  5. You may apply up to 5 Certificates per reservation (maximum value of $500). THE ELECTRONIC CERTIFICATE IS NON-REFUNDABLE, CANOT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH AND IS NOT VALID WITH ANY OTHER PRE-PAID PRODUCT. If the balance of the rental Certificates exceeds the cost of the rental, Avis or Budget will not provide a refund.
  6. Rental of a vehicle with the electronic Certificate is not authorized for a period of more than thirty days and any charges over the value must be paid at the time of the rental.
  7. Acceptance of the electronic Certificate constitutes an agreement to these terms and conditions.
  8. Offer and vehicles are subject to availability at participating Avis and Budget locations.
  9. Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other AWD#, promotion or offer.
  10. For reservations made at www.avis.com/WR or www.budget.com/WR, dollars off will be applied at time of rental. Certificates are issued in U.S. Dollars. If the rental rate is not in USD, the certificate will be converted into local currency and applied at time of rental.
  11. Wyndham Rewards points are not refundable once redeemed.

Alamo and National Rewards Certificates

  1. Valid Coupon ID required for all rentals. Coupon may only be used once and is void upon redemption. You may combine up to three separate certificates per single rental. When using more than 1 certificate, reservations must be made by calling 1-866-626-9102 for Alamo or 1-866-626-9104 for National. Valid on the rental of any size car, subject to availability. Coupon ID must be entered at time of reservation; no reproductions or damaged, altered or defaced certificates will be accepted. Face value will be applied to total base rate for the entire rental period, and may not be applied to taxes, other governmentally-authorized or imposed surcharges, license recoupment/air tax recovery and concession recoupment fees, airport and airport facility fees, fuel, additional driver fee, one-way rental charge, or optional items. Check your auto policy and/or credit card agreement for rental vehicle coverage. Offer is subject to standard rental conditions. 24-hour advance reservation required. Valid only at participating U.S. locations. Any unused portion of the certificate will be forfeited, and no residual credit or refunds will be issued if the certificate is not fully used. Certificate is not exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash. Coupon VOID if damaged, defaced, reproduced, bought, bartered or sold for cash. Cash value 1/100¢. Void where prohibited.

H. Redeeming for Merchandise Rewards

Redeeming in the United States and Canada

  1. Members can redeem points for merchandise rewards.
  2. Merchandise can only be shipped within the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada unless otherwise noted.
  3. Items offered in connection with the Program are subject to change without prior notice.
  4. Should a product be discontinued or withdrawn, Sponsor may substitute a product of equivalent value, if available, or cancel your order and make an appropriate refund.
  5. Accidental typographical errors sometimes occur in merchandise descriptions and product values. In this event, Sponsor reserves the right to notify the Member of the correct description or value before merchandise is shipped.
  6. Sponsor cannot accept responsibility for delays or inability to fulfill for any cause beyond its control, such as fire, explosion, action of the elements, strikes or other differences with workers; restrictions or restraints imposed by law, rules or other order of public authority; or interruption of transportation.

I. Redeeming for Retail Gift Cards

Redeeming in the United States and Canada

  1. Members can use Wyndham Rewards points to redeem for retail gift cards ("Retail Gift Cards").
  2. Retail Gift Cards will generally arrive within 7-10 business days from the redemption request but may take longer during peak holiday seasons.
  3. Retail Gift Cards must be presented to the retail gift card providers ("Retailers") when utilized and can only be used once. Mechanical reproductions, copies or facsimiles will not be accepted.
  4. Retailers are neither affiliated with, nor are they sponsors of the Wyndham Rewards Program. BI, a registered trade name of Schoeneckers, Inc. ("BI") administers the retail gift card program on behalf of the Wyndham Rewards Program. BI is not otherwise affiliated with, nor is it a sponsor of, the Program. Retailers' names, designs, logos and related marks are trademarks of each respective Retailer or its affiliates. Except to the extent otherwise required by law or specifically authorized by the individual Retailers, Retail Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, cannot be returned for a cash refund and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
  5. See legal terms and conditions, restrictions and exceptions applicable to Retail Gift Card use and redemption in the individual Retailers' websites or to the extent applicable, on the back of the Retail Gift Card.
  6. Entertainment® Books cannot be resold, and Members may only order up to 5 books per calendar year.

J. Redeeming for Visa® Prepaid Cards

Members may redeem points for Wyndham Rewards Visa Prepaid Cards ("Visa Prepaid Cards"), which are issued by MetaBank®, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. These Visa Prepaid Cards contain cash in amounts specified on the "Redeem" tab or www.wyndhamrewards.com and can be used at any retail establishment, where Visa is accepted, subject to the terms and conditions listed in the Visa Prepaid Card packet that is received with the card. All Visa Prepaid Cards will be subject to the following fees:

1. Card Account Maintenance Fee: Subject to applicable law, a fee will be applied to all accounts each month, after the six- month anniversary date of issuance of the original card (replacement card issue dates do not apply). The charge will be recurring each month until the balance of the account is $0.00.

2. International Transaction Fee: A 3.5% fee will be applied to all transactions made outside the United States. This fee is included in the total amount of the settled transaction. See the Terms of Use for additional information regarding Foreign Transactions.

K. Redeeming for Charity Rewards (Applicable in the United States Only)

  1. Members may redeem points for a charitable donation with Wyndham Worldwide participating charity partners on the "Redeem" tab of www.wyndhamrewards.com. The charitable donations will be made by Sponsor. The Member will receive an electronic confirmation of their order.
  2. All donations will be made to the charity approximately six weeks following the date of the redemption.
  3. Redemptions of points for the purpose of effecting a donation to a charity are generally not tax deductible. Processing fees will be between six and ten percent of the value of the reward.
  4. Only U.S. residents may redeem for Charity Rewards.
  5. All donations will be utilized by the applicable charity in accordance with its internal policies and procedures. For more information on the utilization of donations, contact the charity directly.

L. Redeeming for Magazine Subscriptions (Applicable in the Contiguous United States Only)

Members can redeem Wyndham Rewards points for subscriptions to magazines offered by MagsforPoints, d/b/a of NewSub Magazine Services LLC ("NewSub Magazine Services"). Members will receive the number of issues shown for each magazine. No cash payment or credit card charge is required. Members should allow six to twelve weeks for delivery. Quantities may be limited and all orders are subject to approval. If a title is unavailable when you order, you may be offered a replacement or a refund. If it becomes unavailable during your service, it may be replaced with one of equal or greater value. Multiple orders of the same title may not be approved. Once the publisher has approved your subscription, points cannot be refunded. U.S. address required for delivery. Magazine subscriptions are for individual use only, not for resale.

IV. Gold Status Membership

A. General

  1. Wyndham Rewards offers Members the opportunity to earn the exclusive privilege of becoming a Gold Status Wyndham Rewards Member ("Gold Status Members" or "Gold Status Membership"). In addition to receiving the benefits available to general Wyndham Rewards Members, Gold Status Members are eligible to earn up to three (3) Gold Status Point Bonuses (as defined in Section IV(B)(1) below) per calendar year which can be redeemed for go free award or redeemed in connection with go fast award. Earning Gold Status Point Bonuses is more particularly described in Section B below. In addition to the Gold Status Membership terms and conditions set forth in this Section IV, all other Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions apply to Gold Status Members, unless otherwise noted herein. Non-enforcement of these rules does not imply that the rule or requirement is void.
  2. A current Wyndham Rewards Member may be awarded Gold Status after staying a minimum of twenty (20) Qualifying Nights within a calendar year. A "Qualifying Night" is defined as follows:

a. (i) A paid, stayed night during a Qualified Stay at a Participating Hotel (see Section I above for definitions of "Qualified Stays" and "Participating Hotels); (ii) a paid, stayed night at a go fast award Participating Hotel, which night was obtained by using a go fast award pursuant to these Terms and Conditions; or (iii) a stayed night at a Participating Hotel, which night was obtained by using a go free award pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.

b. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in paragraph (a) above, when a Member is paying for more than one (1) room per night, only the room in which the Member stays will be considered a Qualifying Night towards achieving Gold Status Membership and Gold Status Point Bonuses. Subject to all Terms and Conditions, Members may still earn base Wyndham Rewards points on up to three (3) rooms per night as described in Section II(B)(3) above.

c. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in paragraphs (a) or (b) above, hotel room rates of less than $25 USD per night (that are not part of a go fast award) will not be considered a Qualifying Night towards achieving Gold Status Membership or Gold Status Points.

d. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in paragraphs (a), (b) or (c) above, no-shows, even if paid, will not be considered a Qualifying Night towards achieving Gold Status Membership or Gold Status Point Bonuses.

  1. Once a Member has obtained Gold Status Membership in any calendar year, that Member will retain such status for the remainder of such calendar year ("Year 1"), the entire following calendar year ("Year 2"), and through the end of February of the year following Year 2 ("Year 3" or the "Stub Year"). Sponsor will review the number of Qualifying Nights stayed by each Member during the previous calendar year in or around February of each year to determine each Member's eligibility for achieving and/or retaining Gold Status.


a. For example, if a Member achieves Gold Status Membership in any month in Year 1, then that Member will maintain Gold Status Membership for the remainder of Year 1, all of Year 2, and through the last day of February in Year 3.

b. A Member can continually re-qualify for and/or extend their Gold Status Membership by staying another 20 Qualifying Nights in a calendar year subsequent to the calendar year in which they originally obtained Gold Status Membership. For example, if a Member achieves Gold Status Membership in 2015 (Year 1) and then stays 20 or more Qualifying Nights in 2016 (Year 2), his or her Gold Status Membership will renew in 2016, such that he or she maintains Gold Status Membership through the end of February in 2018. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Terms and Conditions, the renewal or extension of Gold Status Membership will not entitle any Member to earn more than a maximum of three (3) Gold Status Point Bonuses in the aggregate in any given calendar year.

  1. Gold Status Members will continue to earn base Wyndham Rewards points on Qualified Stays in addition to any Gold Status Point Bonuses earned hereunder.
  2. Members can redeem a stay using Gold Status Points even if their Gold Status has been removed as long as the Gold Status Points have not yet expired.
  3. Without limiting any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, Sponsor reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or cancel Gold Status Points and other benefits and to discontinue the Gold Status Membership of any Member who acts in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws, rules, regulations, or these Terms and Conditions, at Sponsor's sole discretion.
  4. Without limiting any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, Sponsor may amend, suspend, restrict, or cancel Gold Status Points, any benefits earned, and the provisions related to the Gold Status Membership program at any time, and Sponsor reserves the right to end the Gold Status Membership Program at any time, without notice.

B. Earning Gold Status Points

  1. Subject to the limits described below, for every twenty (20) Qualifying Nights during a calendar year, Gold Status Members will receive 15,000 Wyndham Rewards points (each such point, individually, a "Gold Status Point", and collectively "Gold Status Points"; each such award of 15,000 Gold Status Points, a "Gold Status Point Bonus"), redeemable for go free award and/or in connection with go fast award, which can be used at Participating Hotels and/or go fast award Participating Hotels, as applicable. Refer to Section III above for further information on redeeming for go free award and go fast award.
  2. Members will receive a Gold Status Point Bonus after their twentieth (20th) Qualifying Night has been completed and paid within the same calendar year, another Gold Status Point Bonus after their fortieth (40th) Qualifying Night has been completed and paid within the same calendar year and another Gold Status Point Bonus after their sixtieth (60th) Qualifying Night has been completed and paid within the same calendar year.
  3. Gold Status Members can earn a maximum of three (3) Gold Status Point Bonuses per calendar year (e.g., Members who earn Gold Status Membership in Year 1 can earn up to three (3) Gold Status Point Bonuses in Year 1, up to three (3) in Year 2, and up to three (3) in the Stub Year).
  4. Gold Status Members who have elected to earn Travel Partner Currency as their base earning currency will still receive Gold Status Points in accordance with this Section IV.

C. Redeeming Gold Status Points

  1. Gold Status Points can only be redeemed for go free award and/or in connection with go fast award at Participating Hotels and/or go fast award Participating Hotels, as applicable. Gold Status Points are not redeemable for any other options in the "Redeem" tab on the Wyndham Rewards website.
  2. To redeem Gold Status Points for go free award or in connection with go fast award, a reservation must be made in advance, and must be consistent with the instructions in Section III above.
  3. Base Wyndham Rewards points previously earned may be combined with Gold Status Points so that the Gold Status Member can stay at a Participating Hotel (or go fast award Participating Hotel, if applicable) which might require more points than the Member has in the Gold Status portion of his or her account at that time. The Gold Status Points will be the first to be depleted when redeeming both Gold Status Points and base Wyndham Rewards points for a go free award or in connection with a go fast award.
  4. Subject to all Terms and Conditions, Members can use all Gold Status Points in their account for one or more go free award and/or in connection with one or more go fast award, subject to availability, as long as all such Gold Status Points are valid at the time of booking.
  5. Gold Status Points must be redeemed within four (4) months from the date of issue to the Gold Status Member. After four (4) months from the date of issue, the Gold Status Points will expire ("Expiration Date"). At the time of booking the Gold Status Points will be removed from the Member's account.
  6. If a change or cancellation is made on a go free award or go fast award reservation after the Expiration Date, the expired Gold Status Points will be forfeited.
  7. If a go free award or go fast award reservation must be cancelled before the Expiration Date of Gold Status Points redeemed in connection with such go free award or go fast award, all such unexpired Gold Status Points will go back into the Gold Status Member's account and will keep the same Expiration Date as originally assigned to those Gold Status Points upon their original issuance.

D. Other Gold Status Benefits

  1. Gold Status Membership does not entitle the Member to any additional benefits at the individual Participating Hotels.
  2. Gold Status Members will receive a Gold Status Member card in the mail within 6-8 weeks from the time of achieving Gold Status Membership. All subsequent Gold Status Member communications will be sent via email. Members should ensure Wyndham Rewards always has a valid email address to send communications with Member account summaries. Sponsor shall not be liable for failure of a Gold Status Member to receive future communications, including Gold Status Points expiration notices.
  3. Sponsor is not responsible for informing Members of the status of their Gold Status Points, including the Expiration Dates, etc. It is the duty of each Gold Status Member to administer and maintain his or her Gold Status Points independently.
  4. Gold Status Members will have access to a complimentary priority phone line and email inquiry response at Member Services.
