complete at least one Qualified Stay at a Participating Hotel at a Qualifying Rate with an arrival date between July 31, 2014 and October 31, 2014; and
complete their Qualified Stay(s) by November 8, 2014. Member stays with check-out dates after November 8, 2014 will not be counted towards the Promotion.
Qualifying Rate" includes most guest room rates except for the following: employee/family; most travel agents; group; wholesale; package transportation/crew; and other special contract rates or free night stays. Most rates available through tour operators and travel websites (excluding WyndhamRewards.com and the Participating Hotel chain websites) such as Expedia and Travelocity are wholesale rates and therefore do not qualify to earn Wyndham Rewards® points as part of the Promotion.
Members can earn 2,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points per stay (up to a total of 10,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points) from their 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Qualified Stays, with a maximum of 3 rooms per stay, within the Promotion Period.
Wyndham Rewards Members can use their points on rewards available on the Wyndham Rewards redemption platform.
Each Qualified Stay includes all consecutive nights at the same Participating Hotel regardless of check-ins or check-outs.
Members should allow six to eight weeks after completion of each Qualified Stay for the bonus points to be credited to their account.
Members who book a stay or stays within the Promotion Period but cancel their booking or fail to show do not qualify for the 2,000 bonus points.
Members who have elected to earn airline miles or partner points in their member profile are not eligible to earn the equivalent of ‘bonus’ airline miles or rail points. A member electing to earn airline miles will receive the usual base value of airline miles for their qualifying stays but is not eligible to receive bonus airline miles as this promotion is a Wyndham Rewards points promotion only.
Residents of the United States of America and Canada are not eligible to take part in this Promotion.
New Members who enroll in the Wyndham Rewards Program at a Participating Hotel during the Promotion Period will automatically be registered for this Promotion.
This Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice. Any cancellation or changes to the Promotion or terms and conditions will not affect any bookings already made when such change or withdrawal occurs.
