Is there a cost to join?
No, Wyndham Rewards is absolutely free to join.
How do I enroll?
There are three ways:
  • Just click here or visit the website of a participating hotel brand.
  • Via our Front Desk Staff at any of our participating hotels– they can enroll you on the spot when you check-in at the Front Desk or at any time during your stay.
  • Call Wyndham Rewards Member Services at 1.866.996.7937.
How soon after I enroll will I get a card?
You will receive a confirmation email with your membership number shortly after enrollment.

My Account

How do I know I have received my points?
Provide your Wyndham Rewards membership number each time you check-in. Then you can check your point status online by visiting My Account. Please allow 2-4 weeks for points to be credited to your account.
What do I do if I have earned points that do not appear on my account after the 2-4 week time period?
If you review your account balance and determine you were not credited points correctly for a qualified stay or other point earning transaction, you can contact Wyndham Rewards Member Services either by visiting the Contact Us section of this site, or by phoning us at 1.866.996.7937.
How do I update my account information?
You can update your account information by signing into your account at wyndhamrewards.com. After signing in, click on “My Profile.” You can update information such as your contact information, earning and communication preferences.
What happens if I forget my username or password?
If you forget your password, you can follow the instructions by selecting Forgot Password. Or you can call Wyndham Rewards Member Services at 1.866.996.7937.

I don't have access to a computer in order to look up my account. What can I do?

Earning

What do I earn for my hotel stays?
For every qualified stay at a participating hotel, you'll receive 10 Wyndham Rewards points for every dollar you spend, or 1,000 Wyndham Rewards points, whichever is more. Points are earned for dollars spent on room rate only, except at Wyndham Hotels and Resorts properties, where 10 points are earned per each dollar spent on the total folio.

If you choose, you can earn travel partner currency (i.e. airline miles, rail points, etc) instead of Wyndham Rewards points.  If you choose to earn travel partner currency instead of Wyndham Rewards points, the number of miles/points per dollar earned may vary by partner.
What does a go get ‘em award mean?
Go get ‘em awards are our way of simplifying how to earn Wyndham Rewards points.  For every qualified stay, you earn a minimum of 1,000 points. You earn a minimum of 1,000 points for every qualified stay, because even if the 10 points/$1 spent formula doesn’t yield 1000 points, we’ll credit you the difference. Points are earned for dollars spent on room rate only, except at Wyndham Hotels and Resorts properties, where 10 points are earned per each dollar spent on the total folio.
If I earn travel partner currency instead of Wyndham Rewards points, will I still earn a go get ‘em minimum of 1,000 airline / rail points per qualified stay?
If you earn travel partner currency instead of Wyndham Rewards points, you will not earn a minimum of 1,000 points.  Travel partner currency earners do not qualify for the go get ‘em award structure.
In which programmes can I earn travel partner currency?
We have developed relationships with leading travel programmes. See our full list of participating partners. If you want to earn travel partner currency for your hotel stays, you must choose one of these programmes on your Member Profile. At the end of your hotel stay, your miles or points will be directly credited to the programme you choose. Please allow 6-8 weeks for the miles or points to appear in your frequent travel programme account.
How do I choose to earn travel partner currency for my hotel stays?
Choose which earning option you prefer on the enrollment form when you join, or, if you're already a member, sign in to your member account and complete your Member Profile.
If I enroll now at a participating hotel, can I earn for this stay?
Yes. As long as you enroll before you check out, you will earn for your first qualified stay. However, if you wish to earn travel partner currency, you must complete this option in your Member Profile prior to check out of your first qualified stay. Otherwise, you will earn Wyndham Rewards points.
What if I decide to change my mind about my earning option?
Simply visit your Member Profile and update your earning selection. You will then start earning whatever your new selection is (Wyndham Rewards points or selected travel partner currency), until you revise your Member Profile again. Any Wyndham Rewards points or travel currency earned prior to the change will remain in your account.
Do I need to make a reservation to earn points on a stay? Or to redeem a go free or a go fast award?
Reservations are always recommended, but you do not need one in order to earn points for a qualified stay. Simply present your Wyndham Rewards Card or member number, and your Wyndham Rewards points or travel currency will be credited to you. You are required, however, to make a reservation when redeeming a go free or a go fast award.  You can make a reservation either online or by calling Member Services at 1.866.996.7937.

What kinds of rewards can I redeem my points for?
Wyndham Rewards points are redeemable for: Go Free, Go Free Home, Go Free Condo, Go Fast, Go Fast Home and Go Fast Condo awards; airline miles or other travel partner currency; airline and rail tickets; car rentals; charitable donations; as well as a full catalog of gift cards and merchandise.
What is a Go Free award?
A Go Free award is a redemption option that allows you to redeem 15,000 Wyndham Rewards points for a free night stay at any participating hotel worldwide, subject to availability. At most hotels the Go Free award will be valid only for the room rate for one (1) single or double standard hotel room for up to the maximum occupancy of the room, including local taxes.
What are Go Free Home and Go Free Condo awards?
Go Free Home and Go Free Condo awards are redemption options that allow you to redeem 15,000 Wyndham Rewards points per bedroom per home, cottage or condo for a free night stay at any participating home, cottage or condo worldwide. These awards cannot be obtained unless the Member has enough points for all bedrooms within the applicable unit; a Member cannot redeem points for fewer than all bedrooms and pay for the remaining bedrooms. Blackout dates/rates apply and cancellation policies vary by property. All condos, homes and cottages have minimum stay requirements. Click here for details.
Do Go Free awards at participating hotels have any blackout dates?
No – there are no blackout dates to redeem 15,000 points for a free night for any available standard room at any of our participating hotels worldwide.
Do Go Free Home and Go Free Condo awards have any blackout dates?
Yes, Go Free Home and Go Free Condo awards are subject to blackout dates and rates. (A “blackout rate” means a room rate above which a particular home, cottage or condo will not offer a Go Free Home award or Go Free Condo award.)
What is a Go Fast award?
A Go Fast award is a redemption option that allows you to redeem 3,000 Wyndham Rewards points to obtain a discounted rate for a standard room (up to maximum occupancy) at Wyndham Rewards hotels that participate in the Go Fast award programme. In other words, you can use your Wyndham Rewards points as partial payment to pay for a room at Wyndham Rewards hotels that participate in the Go Fast award programme, subject to availability. You can search for a hotel on wyndhamrewards.com to determine whether it participates in the Go Fast award programme on your desired dates. A Go Fast award will be applied only to the room rate (excluding taxes) for one (1) single or double standard hotel room.
How much cash will I need for a Go Fast award?
The amount of cash required for a Go Fast award varies by participating hotel and is determined by Wyndham Rewards. Required cash payment levels are searchable on our website, wyndhamrewards.com. A Go Fast award must be paid with Wyndham Rewards points and any form of payment accepted by the participating hotel, which may include cash, credit card and check.
How many points will I need to redeem for a Go Fast award?
The amount of points required for a Go Fast award at any given hotel participating in the Go Fast award programme is 3,000 points.
What are Go Fast Home and Go Fast Condo awards?
Go Fast Home and Go Fast Condo awards are redemption options that allow you to redeem 3,000 Wyndham Rewards points per bedroom per home or condo to obtain a discounted rate at any participating home or condo worldwide. In other words, you can use your Wyndham Rewards points as partial payment to pay for a stay at participating homes and condos. These awards cannot be obtained unless the Member has enough points for all bedrooms within the applicable unit; a Member cannot redeem points for less than all bedrooms and pay for the remaining bedrooms. Blackout dates apply. All condos and homes have minimum stay requirements. Additional fees may apply and vary by property. Advance payments and deposits are required and vary by property, as do cancellation policies. How many points will I need to redeem for a Go Fast Condo award or a Go Fast Home award?
The amount of points required for a Go Fast Condo award or Go Fast Home award at any given condo or home participating in the Go Fast Condo award of Go Fast Home award programme is 3,000 points per bedroom per night. So, for example, a Go Fast Condo award night at a 2 bedroom condo would require redemption of 6,000 points (plus payment of the cash portion and any other fees that may be payable at such property).
How much cash will I need for a Go Fast Home or Go Fast Condo award?
The amount of cash required for a Go Fast Home or Go Fast Condo award varies and is determined by the participating home or condo. In addition to the discounted room rate that will be payable, additional fees (such as facility fees, cleaning fees and reservation fees) may apply and vary by property. Advance payments and deposits are required and vary by property. Further, the award excludes taxes. Along with its participation and availability, you must call to inquire about the payment requirements of a participating home or condo. Go Fast Home and Go Fast Condo awards must be paid with Wyndham Rewards points and any form of payment accepted by the participating home and condo, which may include cash, credit card and check:

Do Go Fast Home and Go Fast Condo awards have any blackout dates?
Yes, Go Fast Home and Go Fast Condo awards are subject to blackout dates.
When would I use a Go Fast, Go Fast Home or Go Fast Condo award?
Go Fast, Go Fast Home and Go Fast Condo awards are great for times when you do not want to wait until you have enough points in your Wyndham Rewards account to redeem for a Go Free, Go Free Home or Go Free Condo award.
How long will it take me to earn a Go Free award?
With every Qualified Stay earning a minimum of 1,000 Wyndham Rewards points and each free night at a participating hotel requiring only 15,000 points, it would take 15 Qualified Stays, at most, to earn a Go Free award. Also, be on the lookout for any bonus point promotions that make earning points even faster. Points are subject to expiration in accordance with the Wyndham Rewards programme terms and conditions.
Can I earn Wyndham Rewards points or travel partner currency on my Go Free, Go Free Home, Go Free Condo, Go Fast, Go Fast Home and Go Fast Condo award stays?
Go Free, Go Free Home, Go Free Condo, Go Fast, Go Fast Home and Go Fast Condo award nights will not earn Wyndham Rewards points or travel partner currency, and cannot be combined with any other coupon, offer or special promotion for the stay, but they will count toward obtaining your next Member Level.
If I earn travel partner currency, can I redeem those miles/points for Go Free, Go Free Home, Go Free Condo, Go Fast, Go Fast Home and Go Fast Condo awards?
No, you cannot redeem your travel partner currency for Go Free, Go Free Home, Go Free Condo, Go Fast, Go Fast Home or Go Fast Condo awards.
How do I redeem my points for rewards other than free and discounted nights?
Simply visit Redeem to see a list of rewards, the point levels for redemptions and instructions on how to redeem.
Suppose I want to redeem points for a Go Free, Go Free Home, Go Free Condo, Go Fast, Go Fast Home or Go Fast Condo award. Will I need to bring a paper certificate to the hotel?
No, paper certificates will not be needed at check-in.
Do I need to make a reservation to redeem a Go Free, Go Free Home, Go Free Condo, Go Fast, Go Fast Home or Go Fast Condo award?
You are required to make a reservation when redeeming points for a Go Free, Go Free Home, Go Free Condo, Go Fast, Go Fast Home or Go Fast Condo award. You will not be able to reserve or redeem points for any of these awards directly with the hotel, home, cottage or condo. For a Go Free or a Go Fast award, you can make a reservation either online or by calling Member Services at 1.866.996.7937 (for Dolce and TRYP by Wyndham you must call Member Services; Go Fast awards not available at TRYP by Wyndham). Member Levels

What do I do if I lose my Member card?
You can visit your My Account page while signed into WyndhamRewards.com for a printable version of your Member card. You can also call Member Services to request a replacement card.
When will I receive my Member card?
For Member cards that are delivered by mail, please allow 60 business days from the time you unlock a new Member Level.

Don't forget, you can access your Member card any time via the Wyndham Rewards mobile app, or by visiting the My Account page.

Blue Level: Blue Level Members will not automatically receive Member cards (except in China); however, Blue Level Member cards are available upon request by calling Member Services. Please allow up to 14 business days from the time of the request for delivery.
What happened to the former Gold programme?
The former Wyndham Rewards Gold programme was discontinued as of December 31, 2015.

What is a Qualifying Night?
A "Qualifying Night" is any of the following:
  • A paid, stayed night during a Qualified Stay at a Participating Hotel (so long as the Qualified Stay has an average daily rate of at least $25 per night and satisfies the other requirements as outlined here);
  • A paid, stayed Go Fast, Go Fast Home or Go Fast Condo Award night;
  • A stayed Go Free, Go Free Home or Go Free Condo Award night.

Will the nights I stayed at a Wyndham Rewards Participating Hotel, Participating WVO Condo, Participating Vacation Rentals Condo, Participating Vacation Rentals Home or Participating Cottage prior to becoming a Member be applied toward my Wyndham Rewards Member Level upon my enrollment into the programme?
No. Wyndham Rewards will not apply any nights you stayed at a Wyndham Rewards Participating Hotel, Participating WVO Condo, Participating Vacation Rentals Condo, Participating Vacation Rentals Home or Participating Cottage prior to becoming a Member to your Wyndham Rewards Member Level when you enroll in the programme. Upon enrollment you will become a Blue Level Member and can begin accruing Qualifying Nights toward the next Member Level in accordance with the Member Levels Terms and Conditions.
Do nights that I book through online travel agencies (like Expedia) count toward unlocking Member Levels?
No. Nights that are booked through online travel agencies are not considered Qualifying Nights. Please be sure to book on WyndhamRewards.com to help ensure your stayed nights are considered Qualifying Nights and count toward unlocking your next Member Level.
How can I tell what Member Level I have qualified for?
You can see your Member Level by signing in to your account and visiting the My Account page. You can also view your Member Level in our convenient Wyndham Rewards mobile app.
I think that I am missing some Qualifying Nights. How do I get credit for those?
Please contact our Member Services team to inquire about missing Qualifying Nights.
How do I make sure that I maintain my Member Level?
To obtain a Member Level or unlock the next Member Level, you must complete the required number of Qualifying Nights as outlined below:

With limited exceptions, a Member Level is typically scheduled to expire at the end of the calendar year following the calendar year in which it was obtained. You can extend the term of your Member Level or even unlock a higher Member Level by continuing to complete Qualifying Nights. What are Rollover Nights? How do they work?
Any Qualifying Night completed in or after 2016 which is in excess of the number required to earn a particular Member Level but not enough to obtain the next Subsequent Level will be deemed a Rollover Night and will be banked for future use. Rollover Nights never expire.

For example, if a Member completes 7 Qualifying Nights in Year 1 (5 of them by June 1), no Qualifying Nights in Year 2, and 3 Qualifying Nights by April 1 of Year 3:

When you book a Go Free, Go Free Home or Go Free Condo Award night in a Participating City, you will receive a promotional gift code which will provide a discount on a local attraction. (We refer to this code as the "Go Free PLUS" award or discount.) The value of the Go Free PLUS discount will vary based on your Member Level:

  • Blue: $5 Value
  • Gold: $10 Value
  • Platinum: $10 Value

Diamond Level Members: When you book and complete a Go Free, Go Free Home or Go Free Condo Award night in a Participating City, you will receive 2 complimentary passes to a unique, local experience in the Participating City, chosen especially for you by Wyndham Rewards.

Go Free PLUS promotional gift codes and passes do expire, so be sure to book in advance and use them during your stay! To learn more about Participating Cities, attractions and experiences, please visit WyndhamRewards.com/plus.

What is Diamond Go Free PLUS?
When a Diamond Level Member books a Go Free, Go Free Home or Go Free Condo Award night in a Participating City, he or she will receive 2 complimentary passes to a unique, local experience in the Participating City, chosen especially for that Member by Wyndham Rewards.

Go Free PLUS passes for Diamond Level Members do expire, so be sure to book in advance and use them during your stay!

When will I receive my Go Free PLUS promotional gift code/Go Fast PLUS promotional gift code/Go Free PLUS passes?

Go Free PLUS and Go Fast PLUS Awards at Participating Hotels: If you book your award night more than 7 days in advance, you will receive an email containing your Go Free PLUS promotional gift code, Go Fast PLUS promotional gift code or a description of your Go Free PLUS experience (as applicable) up to seven days prior to your arrival date (the "Notification E-Mail").

If you book your award night less than 7 days in advance, you will receive the Notification E-Mail on the same day the booking is made.

Go Free PLUS and Go Fast PLUS Awards at Participating Vacation Rentals Homes, Participating WVO Condos and Participating Vacation Rentals Condos: You will receive an email containing your Go Free PLUS promotional gift code, Go Fast PLUS promotional gift code or a description of your Go Free PLUS experience (as applicable) after your redemption of points for the applicable award (the "Home/Condo Notification E-Mail").

You must have a valid email address on file to receive your Notification E-Mail or Home/Condo Notification E-Mail, as applicable. If you do not receive a Notification E-Mail or Home/Condo Notification E-Mail, please contact Member Services.

How do I redeem my Go Free PLUS promotional gift code/Go Fast PLUS promotional gift code/Go Free PLUS passes?

Go Free PLUS and Go Fast PLUS Awards at Participating Hotels: Up to seven days prior to your award night, you will receive a Notification E-Mail containing your Go Free PLUS promotional gift code, Go Fast PLUS promotional gift code or a description of your Go Free PLUS experience, as applicable. Any Notification E-Mail containing a Go Free PLUS gift code or a Go Fast PLUS gift code will also contain a description of sample attractions where the discount can be used, and instructions on how to choose and reserve your desired attraction.

Go Free PLUS and Go Fast PLUS Awards at Participating Vacation Rentals Homes, Participating WVO Condos and Participating Vacation Rentals Condos: After your redemption of points for the applicable award, you will receive a Notification E-Mail containing your Go Free PLUS promotional gift code, Go Fast PLUS promotional gift code or a description of your Go Free PLUS experience, as applicable. Any Notification E-Mail containing a Go Free PLUS gift code or a Go Fast PLUS gift code will also contain a description of sample attractions where the discount can be used, and instructions on how to choose and reserve your desired attraction.

Any Notification E-Mail or Home/Condo Notification E-Mail containing information about a particular Go Free PLUS experience that has been selected for a Diamond Level Member will instruct the Member to call the Diamond Concierge to book that experience.

You must have a valid email address on file to receive your Notification E-Mail or Home/Condo Notification E-Mail, as applicable, and passes (in the case of a Diamond Level Go Free PLUS experience) or gift codes (in the case of Go Free PLUS and Go Fast PLUS discounts).

What if I want to use my Go Free PLUS promotional gift code or Go Fast PLUS promotional gift code for an attraction that is not available?

Go Free PLUS promotional gift codes and Go Fast PLUS promotional gift codes are usable in connection with a variety of exciting options, but each particular option is subject to availability. If the attraction you are looking for is not available, you may apply your gift code to another one that is.

What if the Diamond Level Go Free PLUS experience described in my Notification E-Mail or Home/Condo Notification E-Mail is not available by the time I call the Diamond Concierge to book it?
If the Diamond Level Go Free PLUS experience described in your Notification E-Mail or Home/Condo Notification E-Mail is not available by the time you call the Diamond Concierge to book it, an alternative experience of similar value will be offered. Alternatively, you can choose to accept a $10 Go Free PLUS promotional gift code instead. Click here for more information on the receipt and use of Go Free PLUS experiences.

If you book a Go Free PLUS experience with the Diamond Concierge, the experience will automatically be canceled when the Go Free Award night is canceled.
What happens if I lose my Go Free PLUS promotional gift code or Go Fast PLUS promotional gift code or can't find it?
Gift codes will not be replaced if lost. If you never received your gift code, please contact Member Services.

What is a preferred room?
A preferred room is the room that you prefer, so long as it's of the same room type category as the one you reserved. Examples may include a recently renovated room, a more spacious room, a room with a desired view or location. Preferred rooms are subject to availability, and are determined by the Participating Hotel at check-in.

Is there a deadline for requesting a late check out?
Gold, Platinum and Diamond Level Members can request a late check-out at any point during their Qualified Stay, Go Free Award stay or Go Fast Award stay at Participating Hotels; however, the request must occur before the hotel's standard check-out time.

How early can I check in when using my early check in perk?
Platinum and Diamond Level Members can check in early up to two hours prior to the applicable Participating Hotel's standard check-in time. (However, if available, a Participating Hotel may offer an earlier check-in.)

What is my annual Member Level Point Bonus?

How long do I have to use the points awarded to me as a Member Level Point Bonus?

How do I find out what the welcome amenity is at the hotel I'm going to?
A Welcome Amenity is available with Qualified Stays for Diamond Level Members at Wingate by Wyndham, Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham, Ramada, Dolce Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham, Wyndham Grand, Wyndham Garden and TRYP by Wyndham brand Participating Hotels, and will consist of a snack or beverage. What should I do if I didn't get my welcome amenity?

How do I Give Gold?
Diamond Level Members can give Gold Level to a friend by calling Member Services and providing them with their friend's name and Member number.

Limit one gift of Gold Level per calendar year.

If I have multiple rooms reserved at a Participating Hotel for the same night, is each room night eligible to be a Qualifying Night?
No, only the night(s) associated with the room in which the booking Member stays are eligible to be Qualifying Night(s). To be considered a Qualifying Night, the Member's room night must be:
  • A paid, stayed night during a Qualified Stay at a Participating Hotel (so long as the Qualified Stay has an average daily rate of at least $25 per night and satisfy other requirements as outlined here); or
  • A paid, stayed Go Fast Award night at a Go Fast Award Participating Hotel; or
  • A stayed Go Free Award night at a Participating Hotel.
