*Wyndham Rewards Status Match for Caesars Total Rewards Platinum, Diamond and Seven Stars Members Terms & Conditions:
Pursuant to these terms and conditions (the "Status Match Terms"), each member of Caesars Entertainment's loyalty program, Total Rewards, ("Total Rewards") who has achieved the Platinum, Diamond or Seven Stars Tier in such loyalty program pursuant to the Total Rewards terms and conditions (the "Total Rewards Terms"), is eligible to apply to match his/her Total Rewards Tier status to the equivalent Member Level of the Wyndham Rewards Program, as set forth in the chart below:

(the successful completion of such process hereinafter referred to as the "Status Match").
To request the Equivalent Member Level, an eligible Total Rewards member (an "Applicant") must: (i) visit www.wyndhamrewards.com/caesars and either sign into their existing Wyndham Rewards account, or complete and submit the "Join Wyndham Rewards" form to become a Wyndham Rewards Member; and (ii) enter their Total Rewards account number, date of birth, zip code, and email address in the provided fields. Upon Caesars Entertainment's verification that an Applicant's Total Rewards account information is accurate, and that such account is in good standing, such Applicant will receive the applicable Equivalent Member Level. Such Equivalent Member Level will become effective upon such verification, and, unless extended in accordance with the Wyndham Rewards Program terms and conditions (the "WR Terms"), expire on December 31 of the calendar year in which it was obtained.
Should Caesars Entertainment deem a Total Rewards member's number invalid or otherwise determine that the applicable Total Rewards account is not in good standing, in each case, in its sole discretion, the Total Rewards member will not receive the Equivalent Member Level.
For clarity, Total Rewards Gold members are not eligible for the Status Match. Platinum, Diamond and Seven Stars Total Rewards members must be or become Wyndham Rewards Members to apply for the Status Match. Any Applicant who has already obtained the Wyndham Rewards Member Level this offer otherwise would have afforded them will retain such preexisting Wyndham Rewards Member Level in accordance with the WR Terms, and the Status Match will be deemed ineffective.
Status Match eligibility is not transferable and may not be substituted for or combined with any other offer. A Member Level earned pursuant to this Status Match cannot be transferred, purchased or sold. A Member's Total Rewards Tier status and the benefits applicable to each Tier are subject to the full Total Rewards Terms. A Member's Wyndham Rewards Member Level status and the benefits applicable to each Member Level are subject to the full WR Terms. This offer may be cancelled or modified at any time, without notice, and is void where prohibited.

Go Free Awards:
15,000 Wyndham Rewards points are good for 1 standard bedroom per night at applicable properties, subject to availability, blackout dates/rates & other restrictions. All condos, homes & cottages, & certain hotels, have minimum stay requirements. Go Free nights can be combined with regular, paid nights to satisfy these requirements. At all properties, the Go Free award will apply to room rate only, including taxes. Terms & conditions applicable to any reservation in which a Go Free night is included, such as, without limitation, those relating to cancellation policies, vary by property & booking date(s). Visit Terms & Conditions for more information about Go Free stays, & call the customer service number associated with your desired property, available from www.wyndhamrewards.com/redeem, to determine the policies applicable to your chosen property on your chosen dates. Without limiting the foregoing, some properties have limited cancellation windows, & points redeemed in connection with Go Free reservations there will be lost if such reservations are cancelled outside of such windows. If you combine Go Free award night(s) with regular paid night(s), any fees applicable to a regular, paid stay at such property (e.g., housekeeping, resort/facility, & reservation fees) will be still be applicable to the paid night(s) of your stay.
Go Fast Awards:
3,000 Wyndham Rewards points plus cash (the "Cash Portion") are good for 1 standard bedroom per night at applicable properties, subject to availability, blackout dates & other restrictions. All condos, homes, & certain hotels, have minimum stay requirements. Go Fast nights can be combined with regular, paid nights to satisfy these requirements. At most properties, the Go Fast award will apply to room rate only, excluding taxes. Terms & conditions applicable to any reservation in which a Go Fast night is included, such as, without limitation, (i) the amount of the Cash Portion; (ii) other amounts payable (such as security deposits &: booking fees); & (iii) cancellation policies, vary by property & booking date(s). Visit Terms & Conditions for more information about Go Fast stays, & call the customer service number associated with your desired property, available from www.wyndhamrewards.com/redeem, to find information about availability, the Cash Portion, other fees & deposits that may be payable, & other policies applicable to such property on your chosen dates. Without limiting the foregoing, many properties require that the Cash Portion, security deposits & other fees payable in connection with your reservation be made in advance, & have limited cancellation windows; advanced payments & points redeemed in connection with reservations at such properties may be forfeited in their entirety if such reservations are cancelled outside of such windows. Other properties MAY NOT PERMIT CANCELLATION AT ALL AFTER BOOKING; you will forfeit all points redeemed & all amounts pre-paid, & be charged for all amounts that would have been payable had you not canceled, if you cancel such reservations. If you combine a Go Fast award night(s) with regular paid night(s), any fees that would have been applicable to a regular, paid stay at such property (e.g., housekeeping, resort/facility, & reservation fees) will be still be applicable to the regular, paid night(s) of your stay.
