To qualify for the triple credit promotion and earn Rapid Rewards credit, the member must (i) select Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards in his/her Wyndham Rewards member profile and provide a valid Rapid Rewards account number, (ii) book a reservation for, and complete a total of two (2) stays at hotels participating in the Wyndham Rewards program at a qualifying rate between August 13, 2009 and December 31, 2009, and (iv) complete his/her hotel stay by January 31, 2010.  Members who check-out after January 31, 2010 will not be eligible to receive the triple credit bonus. “Wyndham Rewards & Southwest Airlines Free Flight” Sweepstakes Official Rules
1.NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The “Wyndham Rewards & Southwest Airlines Free Flight” Sweepstakes (the “Promotion") begins at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on Thursday, August 13, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Thursday, December 31, 2009 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion.
2.ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States residing in the 50 United States including the District of Columbia, Hawaii, and Alaska (excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories).  Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration. Employees, officers and directors of Travel Rewards, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Southwest Airlines, Co., and RealTime Media, Inc. (“Administrator”), (collectively, “Promotion Entities”),  their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and any prize or offer suppliers of the Promotion, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Promotion Entities, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, prize or offer supplier, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”), from any and all liability, claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of prizes. The Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
3.HOW TO ENTER:  LIMIT one (1) entry per person for the length of the Promotion. Subsequent entries during the Promotion Period from the same person or e-mail address are void. Any attempt by a person to use multiple e-mail accounts to enter more than once may result in disqualification at the discretion of the Sponsor and/or Administrator.
There are two (2) methods to enter the promotion:
A.Existing Wyndham Rewards® members:
Entrants who are already a Wyndham Rewards® member must update their earning preference to Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards® by logging into wyndhamrewards.com and editing their profile or by calling Member Services at 1.866.996.7937.  If Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards is selected as the Wyndham member’s earning preference as of 11:59:59 on 12/31/09, you will then automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
B.Non-Wyndham Rewards® members:
To enter the Promotion, visit http://www.wyndhamreards.com/southwest and enroll in the Wyndham Rewards® program and select Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards as the earning preference.  If Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards is selected as the Wyndham member’s earning preference as of 11:59:59 on 12/31/09 you will then automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.  
DISPUTES:
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of any potential winner, the potential winner will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of Promotion entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.  If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible. 
SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING, ODDS OF WINNING AND PRIZES:  LIMIT ONE (1) PRIZE PER HOUSEHOLD/FAMILY. An electronic randomized drawing will be held on or about January 12, 2010 to select twenty (20) Grand Prize Winners from among all eligible entries received. The Grand Prize Drawing will be conducted by RealTime Media, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions with respect to the selection of winners is final.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Wyndham Rewards® members must have  Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards® selected as their earning preference as of 11:59:59 PM ET on 12/31/09.
SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES:
(20) Grand Prize winners will each receive (1) Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Award ticket. Approximate Retail Value (ARV), $210.00 per prize. The approximate retail value may be greater or less than the amount stated based upon point of departure. Any difference between the ARV and actual value of the prize will not be awarded in cash or other items. Tickets will bear the date of issue and date of expiration.  Tickets will expire one (1) year after issue date and tickets will not be extended. Tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
TOTAL SWEEPSTAKES ARV is $4,200.00 USD.
Prize Restrictions
Winners must be Wyndham Rewards® member with an earning preference of Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards® as of 11:59:59 on 12/31/09 in order to redeem their prize. Wyndham Rewards® is free to join. 
Rapid Rewards Awards are valid to over 60 destinations Southwest Airlines serves.  Award travel is subject to the government-imposed September 11th Security Fee of up to $10 per roundtrip.
All prizes are non-transferrable. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by winners. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. All prizes are provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind. By accepting the prize, each winner acknowledges compliance with these official rules.
All insurance, federal, state and local taxes (unless specifically provided as part of a prize), if any, and any other unspecified expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.  See Grand Prize descriptions for additional details that may apply.
No prize listed above may be combined with any other offer.  Any picture identification requirements associated with air travel are the winner’s responsibility.  Sponsor and/or Administrators are not responsible for lost or mutilated travel documents or tickets and none will be replaced. 
4.PRIZE AWARDING AND QUALIFICATION:  Sweepstakes prizes will be awarded upon potential winners’ compliance with all conditions set forth in these Official Rules.  Prizes will only be awarded upon potential winners’ verification and final approval by Administrator and/or Sponsor. Winners will be notified via e-mail. Winners will not need to respond to winning notification to receive prize. Southwest Airlines Rapid Reward credits will be posted to the Member’s Rapid Rewards account within 4-6 weeks of the sweepstakes drawing. If the winner’s Southwest Rapid Rewards account cannot be credited for any reason, an alternate winner will be chosen.  Alternate winners will be drawn in the aforementioned sweepstakes drawing.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its affiliates to use winner's name and likeness solely for advertising and promotional purposes as Sponsor so determines without notice or further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
5.PRIVACY All information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available by accessing the following URL:  http://www.wyndhamrewards.com/services/privacy/.  This includes sharing information about entrants with affiliates who are prize suppliers
6.DISQUALIFICATION; SUSPENSION; TERMINATION: Administrator and/or Sponsor are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, for incorrect or inaccurate entry information howsoever caused or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Entrants found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion, as solely determined by the Administrator, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Administrator or Sponsor reserves the right to terminate entrant's eligibility to participate in the Promotion. In the event this Promotion is compromised by virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond the control of Administrator or Sponsor which, in their opinion, corrupt, or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor or Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify, cancel, or terminate the Promotion. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is responsible for any game play which is generated by computer hardware or software malfunction, error or failure, or is tampered with or subject to any unauthorized intervention. Should more prizes be awarded through a computer hardware or software malfunction, error or failure, or for any other reason, than are stated for in the Official Rules, Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to award only the number of prizes stated in the Official Rules. In no event will more prizes be awarded than those listed in Rule #4.
7.TAX INFORMATION: All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.
8.GENERAL INFORMATION: This Promotion is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning), and any and all disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey in the U.S.
