NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR SUBMISSION TO A SALES PRESENTATION NECESSARY TO PLAY OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR: The sponsor of the Wyndham Rewards® Key To Wyn Instant Win Game (”Game”) is Wyndham Hotel Group, LLC, 22 Sylvan Way, Parsippany, NJ 07054 (the “Sponsor”), and the administrator of the Game is Don Jagoda Associates, 100 Marcus Drive, Melville, NY 11747 (“Administrator”). This Game is not offered or sponsored in any way by Professional Golf Association, Inc. (“PGA”), PGA TOUR, Inc. or PGA TOUR Licensed Property, Inc. (collectively, the “PGA Entities”). Entrant irrevocably waives all claims against the PGA Entities and agrees that the PGA Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Game or any prizes awarded.
GAME PERIOD: The Game consists of four (4) Daily play periods on August 3, 2023 beginning at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ending on August 6, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Game Period”). Game Period will consist of four (4) play periods (each, a “Play Period”) as described in the chart below. Each Play Period will start at 12:00am ET on the start date listed and end at 11:59 pm ET on the end date listed at the Event.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at the time of Game Play (the “Entrant”). Void where prohibited and restricted by law. The Game is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
HOW TO PLAY: During the Game Period, you can enter the Game by visiting rewardskeytowyn.com (the “Site”) and completing and submitting the registration form as directed by providing your first name, last name, and a valid email address, to receive one (1) game play. At the start of the Game Period, you will be provided with one (1) Wyndham virtual game key, you must insert your key into the virtual Wyndham door, and upon inserting the key (“Game Play”), you will receive one (1) winning or non-winning message. All on-screen wins are subject to verification (“Instant Win Prize”). All Game Plays become the property of Sponsor. Receipt of Game Plays may be acknowledged, but such acknowledgment does not constitute any representation as to eligibility. Limit one (1) Game Play per Entrant per day. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Game Plays by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Game Plays and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Game. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar registration/Game Play methods or agents (including, but not limited to, Game Play services) will void all Game Plays by that Entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any Game Play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential prize winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.
WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION: Instant Win Prize winners will be notified immediately after Game Play. All Instant Win Prize winners are subject to verification of eligibility. Game Plays are subject to verification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If, due to an error of any kind, more Entrants are deemed to be instant winners, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded, the intended number of Instant Win Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. Potential Club Wyndham Getaway winner will be sent via email link a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (to the extent permitted by law) (collectively, “Declaration”) and will be required to complete, and sign the Declaration via email within two (2) business days of being notified in order to claim his/her prize. Any guest(s) of Club Wyndham Getaway winner will also be required to complete, and sign a Declaration via email within two (2) business days of winner being notified. All Instant Win Prizes will be awarded to eligible winners complying with these Official Rules within 4-8 weeks after verification is complete. Return of any Game prize or any notification as undeliverable, or declining a Game prize for any reason, will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize. If the potential Club Wyndham Getaway winner fails to return the Declaration within the required time period, or the prize notification is returned undeliverable, or in the event that a potential Prize winner is disqualified for any reason, the unclaimed prize(s) will go unawarded.
All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor and/or Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Game. An Entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until Entrants eligibility has been verified and Entrant has been notified that verification is complete.

The total ARV of all Instant Win Prizes: $19,809.64.
Winners must be or become a Wyndham Rewards member in order to receive Wyndham Rewards points awarded. The Wyndham Rewards loyalty program is free to join and open to individuals 18 years or older (for clarity, excluding minors). To join and for terms and conditions of the program, go to https://wyndhamrewards.com/terms. Membership in the Wyndham Rewards program, and use and maintenance of points awarded in this Game, will be governed by such terms and conditions, as the same may be amended from time to time. Winners will receive an email from Wyndham Rewards within 7 to 10 business days following the conclusion of the Wyndham Championship, a PGA TOUR event, with a unique link redeemable for the designated number of Wyndham Rewards points awarded. Points must be claimed by January 31, 2024 unclaimed points will be forfeited. Wyndham Rewards redemption levels and merchandise are subject to change and are maintained exclusively by Wyndham Rewards. Wyndham Rewards Points unique link is not redeemable for cash. ARV of Club Wyndham Getaway may vary depending on travel dates and fare/rate fluctuations. Winner is not entitled to difference between value of prize as stated in these Official Rules and value on date of travel. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Prize winner. All meals, air transportation, ground transportation and incidentals not described herein and incurred by prize winner and/or their guests will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner and/or their guests. Travel must be completed by the date indicated in room certificate. Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. Travel arrangements must be made in accordance with terms and conditions on room certificate. Guest must be at time of prize fulfillment the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which s/he resides (and at least eighteen (18) years of age), unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and must complete and return a liability/publicity release and any other documentation required by Sponsor prior to prize award. If Guest is a minor in his/her state of residence, minor’s parent/legal guardian must complete and return all releases on behalf of minor. If winner elects to participate in the Club Wyndham Getaway with fewer than one (1) guest, no additional compensation will be awarded. If winner elects to travel or participate in prize travel with more than one (1) guest, such additional persons shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with their travel. Winner and guests are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option, and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not obtained and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Winner and guests must comply with all property check-in requirements, including, but not limited to, the presentation of a payment card. SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, DIVERSIONS OR SUBSTITUTIONS OR ANY ACT OR OMISSIONS WHATSOEVER BY CLUB WYNDHAM, EXTRA HOLIDAYS OR ANY OTHER PERSONS PROVIDING ANY ASPECT OF THE CLUB WYNDHAM GETAWAY PRIZE.
SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF THE DELIVERY, RECEIPT, POSESSION, USE AND/OR MISUSE ANY PRIZE.
Prizes points may not be pooled together with other winner’s prize points. Odds of winning depend on the date/time of Game Play, the number of prizes remaining available at the time of Game Play and number of eligible Game plays received. The number of prizes available to be won will diminish as they are awarded. If a prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Game, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Game, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and in the event of cancellation, the Instant Win Prizes claimed prior to cancellation will be awarded. Sponsor, Administrator, and their agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, or misdirected Game Plays; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Sponsor's or Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS GAME OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the Game Play process, and/or the legitimate operation of the Game; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Game is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect Game Plays and (a) modify the Game or suspend the Game to address the impairment and then resume the Game in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) Instant Win prizes claimed prior to cancellation will be awarded.
ENTRANTS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION: The information that you provide in connection with the Game may be used by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Notice, which may be updated from time to time without notice.
DISPUTES: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Game shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s or jurisdiction’s laws. By participating in the Game, Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Game, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of New Jersey; (iii) any and all claims, judgments , and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Game, but in no event will attorney fees be awarded or recoverable; (iv) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, exemplary, consequential, special damages, lost profits, other damages, and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (v) Entrant’s remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and he/she waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.
SEVERABILITY: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein.
MISCELLANEOUS: These Official Rules contain the full and complete understanding with respect to the Game and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations and understandings, whether oral or written. The headings herein are for convenience only, do not constitute a part of these Official Rules, and shall not be deemed to limit or affect any of the provisions hereof. No amendment to, or waiver of, any provision of these Official Rules shall be effective unless in writing and signed by Sponsor. The waiver by Sponsor of any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision herein. The rights and obligations hereunder may not be assigned by Entrant, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Sponsor, and any attempted assignment in violation of the foregoing shall be null and void. These Official Rules shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the permitted successors and assigns of Sponsor and Entrant.
WINNERS LIST REQUEST: To request a list of major prize winners receiving prizes with a value in excess of $25, send a self-addressed envelope with a postage stamp, by September 15, 2023, to Wyndham Rewards® Key To Wyn Instant Win Game 01-2788-05 WINNERS LIST, to 100 Marcus Drive, Melville, New York USA 11747, Dept. NR, USA. Winners List will be sent after the prizes have been awarded.
