Terms & Conditions

I. General Information

  1. Wyndham Rewards is offered by Travel Rewards, Inc., a subsidiary of Wyndham Hotel Group, LLC, its successors and assigns. Travel Rewards, Inc. is sometimes referred to as a “Sponsor”. These Terms and Conditions are subject to interpretation by Sponsor in its sole discretion and are governed by New Jersey law.
  2. Sponsor may modify, alter, delete or add new terms and conditions at any time without notice, This includes modifying, altering, adding or deleting point values, redemption levels, conversion ratios, conditions for active status, rewards, “Earning Participants” or “Rewards Participants” (as defined below) to the Wyndham Rewards Programme at any time without notice. In addition, Travel Rewards may convert the Wyndham Rewards Programme and Members’ points into a different awards programme having different point values at any time without notice. This means that the number of points needed to reach a rewards level may be increased, the time for earning them reduced, or the rewards changed, so you may not be able to obtain, earn or claim certain rewards no matter how long you participate in Wyndham Rewards.   3. Sponsor may terminate the Programme at any time six months after it announces such termination, without further obligation to the Member. This means that regardless of the amount of time you participate in the Programme, your right to accumulate additional Wyndham Rewards points or other Programme currency and claim rewards under the Programme may be terminated and all accrued Wyndham Rewards points in your account cancelled six months after termination of the Programme is announced.
  4. Only individuals that are 18 years of age or older may enrol in the Programme (“Members”). Corporations, groups and other entities are not eligible. Members cannot maintain more than one account or share accounts.
  5. Under Wyndham Rewards, Members can earn Wyndham Rewards points, airline miles or similar currency in participating airline programmes. Wyndham Rewards points can be earned through “Qualified Stays” at “Participating Hotels” and “Participating WH&R Properties” (excluding Corinthia associated hotels), car rentals, travel activities, and purchases from participating merchants or service providers as described in greater detail in Section II (collectively referred to as “Earning Participants“). Airline miles can only be earned through Qualified Stays at Participating Hotels and Participating WH&R Properties. (excluding Corinthia associated hotels). Participating Hotels mean hotels or other lodging facilities in North America, Europe, Asia and Libya operating under a franchise or management agreement with a participating “Hotel Chain” at the time in question. The participating Hotel Chains are currently Baymont Inns & Suites®, Days Inn®, Hawthorn Suites®, Howard Johnson®, Knights Inn®, Microtel Inns & Suites®, Ramada®, Super 8®, Travelodge® and Wingate ® by Wyndham, but are subject to change at any time without notice. Travelodge® and Thriftlodge® hotels outside of the United States are not participating in the Wyndham Rewards Programme. Participating WH&R Properties means Wyndham branded hotels, resorts or other lodging facilities in North America, Mexico, Europe, Dominican Republic, Panama and Netherlands Antilles, operating under a franchise or management agreement with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, LLC or one of its affiliates. Visit the Wyndham Rewards website or call Wyndham Rewards Member Services for an up to date list. A “Qualified Stay” means any number of consecutive nights (regardless of check-ins and check-outs) that a Member stays at the same Participating Hotels or Participating WH&R Property at a “Qualifying Rate” and which meets the other conditions included in Section II (B) below. Qualifying Rates include all rates except for the following: employee/family, travel agent, group, wholesale, package transportation/crew and other special contract rates or free night stays. Most rates available through tour operators and travel websites (excluding Wyndham Rewards.com and the Participating Hotel Chain websites) such as Priceline, Hotwire, Expedia, Travelocity and Orbitz are wholesale rates and therefore do not qualify to earn Wyndham Rewards points, airline miles. Non-qualifying rates which are specific to Participating WH&R Properties include Wyndham Holidays inventory booked through Expedia which includes another travel component such as airfare or car rental.
  6. Wyndham Rewards points can be redeemed for hotel and holiday resort stays, airline miles and tickets, car rentals and gift certificates, as described in greater detail in Section III (collectively referred to as “Rewards Participants”).
  7. Wyndham Rewards points expire four (4) years after being posted to the Member's account, unless forfeited or cancelled earlier due to membership inactivity or otherwise in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. All issues regarding the value, redemption and expiration of airline miles will be governed by the terms and conditions then in effect for the applicable airline rewards programmes.
  8. Wyndham Rewards points in a Member’s account do not constitute property of the Member, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred during or after the Member’s life, by operation of law or otherwise.
  9. A Member's Wyndham Rewards account can be terminated and all accrued points cancelled or forfeited if the Member has no account activity for a period of 18 consecutive months. Account activity is defined as the earning or redemption of Wyndham Rewards points. In addition, the earning of airline miles through Wyndham Rewards and the redemption of Wyndham Rewards points for airlines miles are included in the definition of activity.
  10. Sponsor, at its option, may send to Members periodic statements by mail or electronically. Members may access their Wyndham Rewards point balance and airline earning history at any time online or by calling Wyndham Rewards Member Services. Wyndham Rewards Member Services will be closed on the following United States holidays: Memorial Day (last Monday in May), Independence Day (4th July), Labour Day (1st Monday in September), Thanksgiving (3rd Thursday in November) and Christmas (25th December).
  11. Fraud or abuse of the Programme by Members is subject to administrative and/or legal action by Sponsor including, but not limited to, termination of the Member's account, forfeiture of all accrued Wyndham Rewards points, airline miles and/or cancellation of any previously issued rewards. Sponsor may terminate or suspend a Member’s Programme membership, including, but not limited to cancelling points in his/her account, if the Member fails to pay the bill of any hotel, travel supplier or other Earning or Rewards Participant.
  12. Sponsor and its affiliates make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding any product or service provided by any Earning or Reward Participant including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor and its affiliates will not be responsible for performance or failure to perform of any Earning or Reward Participant or any other party, or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of or a defect in any products or services of any Earning or Rewards Participant or any other party.
  13. Wyndham Rewards points, airline miles and rewards earned through the Programme may be subject to tax, which is the sole responsibility of the Member and will not qualify to earn additional Wyndham Rewards points or airline miles.
  14. Participation in the Wyndham Rewards Programme and/or the awarding and redemption of Wyndham Rewards points or airline miles are void where prohibited by law.
  15. Members are responsible for communicating name and address change information to the Programme via the Wyndham Rewards website or by calling Wyndham Rewards Member Services.
  16. Use of the Wyndham Rewards website is subject to the Terms of Use found on its home page. No warranties are made as to the content of the website or that the functioning of the website will be uninterrupted or error free. Use of the website is at the Member’s own risk.
  17. In the event that any Wyndham Rewards points or airline miles are erroneously posted to a Member’s account, Sponsor may have them removed from the Member’s account.

II. Earning

A. Earning Generally

  1. Members can earn Wyndham Rewards points through Qualified Stays at Participating Hotels and Participating WH&R Properties (as defined in Section I above), Wyndham Hotels and Resorts properties (excluding Corinthia associated hotels), car rentals, travel activity and purchases through Earning Participants (as defined in Section I above). Members can earn airline miles only through Qualified Stays at Participating Hotels and Participating WH&R Properties (excluding Corinthia associated hotels) and only if they are also members of the participating airline programme.
  2. Members must indicate within their Wyndham Rewards profile whether they want to earn Wyndham Rewards points or airline miles, for Qualified Stays. If a Member does not complete a Wyndham Rewards profile or he/she does not indicate a preference in his/her profile, he/she will earn Wyndham Rewards points. If a Member wishes to change his/her earning option, he/she must do so before the stay in question via the Wyndham Rewards website or by calling Wyndham Rewards Member Services. Members may not earn a combination of Wyndham Rewards points and airline miles, for the same stay.
  3. If a Member wishes to earn airline miles, the member must provide his/her own travel rewards number when filling out his/her profile. If the travel rewards number provided is not the number of the Member who had the Qualified Stay, he/she will not earn airline miles or Wyndham Rewards points for the stay.
  4. Members are encouraged to provide their Wyndham Rewards membership number when they book a room or purchase goods or services from an Earning Participant in order to insure the accrual of Wyndham Rewards148 points or airline miles.
  5. Once airline miles in a designated airline programme have been awarded to a Member, they cannot be exchanged for airline miles in another airline programme or converted into Wyndham Rewards points.
  6. The terms and conditions in effect at the time in question for the applicable airline rewards programme will govern the redemption and transfer of miles earned in such programmes.
  7. Wyndham Rewards points will usually be posted to a Member's account within four to six weeks after the activity through which they were earned. Airline miles will usually be posted to a Member’s account in the airline rewards programme within six to eight weeks after the earning activity, but is not under the control of Sponsor and will vary by programme.
  8. If the proper number of Wyndham Rewards points or airline miles is not posted to a Member's account, the Member must visit the Wyndham Rewards website or call Wyndham Rewards Member Services within 12 months of the earning activity for proper point crediting. For points earned through a hotel stay, the Member may be required to provide his/her membership number, dates of applicable stay, name and address of the Participating Hotel and a copy of his/her bill. The exception to contacting Wyndham Rewards for point discrepancies is for point earnings through Avis®, Budget® and Sixt Rental Car®. In these cases the Member must contact customer service of such Earning Participants as follows:

B. Earning at Participating Hotels and Participating WH&R Properties

  1. To earn Wyndham Rewards points, a Member must be a registered guest at a Participating Hotel or a Participating WH&R Property, (excluding Corinthia associated hotels), stay at a Qualifying Rate (see Section I above) and meet the other conditions of this Section B. This includes registered guests who are charging their Qualified Stay to a master account. At Participating Hotels and Participating WH&R Properties, a Wyndham Rewards member is encouraged to present his/her membership card to ensure points are properly posted. If a hotel ceases to be a Participating Hotel or a Participating WH&R Property after a Member books his/her reservation, the stay will not qualify for the accrual of Wyndham Rewards points. Wyndham Rewards Members, who have a qualifying stay at a Participating Hotel or a Wyndham Hotels and Resorts property in accordance with the above, may elect to receive airline miles in lieu Wyndham Rewards points.
  2. Wyndham Rewards points or airline miles will not be awarded when a stay is associated with any non-qualifying rates. See Paragraph 5 of Section I above.
  3. Member is eligible to earn Wyndham Rewards points or airline miles, as the case may be, for up to three rooms per night when he or she stays at one of the Participating Hotels or Wyndham Hotels and Resorts property (excluding Mayan or Corinthia associated hotels). The hotel should be notified of this request at the time of check-in. If two or more Wyndham Rewards Members share a guestroom, only the paying Member will be awarded Wyndham Rewards points or airline miles.
  4. Wyndham Rewards Members staying at a Participating Hotel are eligible to receive either:
    (a) Wyndham Rewards Points - 10 Wyndham Rewards points per U.S. $1.00 spent, or
    (b) Airline Miles under the following airline frequent travel programme:
    • American Airlines AAdvantage®, Continental Airlines OnePass®, Delta SkyMiles®, Midwest Airlines Midwest Miles®, Northwest Airlines WorldPerks®, Spirit Airlines™ FREE SPIRIT Miles®, United Mileage Plus®, US Airways Dividend Miles® - 2 airline miles per U.S. $1.00 spent for all participating Hotel Chains but Hawthorn Suites; 500 airline miles per Qualified Stay at participating Hawthorn Suites hotels.
    • Aeroplan® - 2 airline miles per U.S. $1.00 spent or a minimum of 250 miles per stay, whichever is greater. For Hawthorn Suites – 500 airline miles per Qualified Stay at participating Hawthorn Suites hotels.
    • Sun Country Airlines - 1 Sun Country Airlines Ufly Point per Qualified Stay but Hawthorn Suites; 2 Ufly points per Qualified Stay at participating Hawthorn Suites hotels
    • Air Berlin top bonus® - 500 miles per Qualified Stay at all Participating Hotels
    • Miles & More - 500 miles per Qualified Stay only at Ramada Participating Hotels
    • Air China PhoenixMiles, China Eastern - Eastern Miles, China Southern Sky Pearl Club, and Hainan Fortune Wings Club - 800 km (500 miles) per Qualified Stay at Ramada, Howard Johnson, Days Inn Hotel/Suites Participating Hotels within the Peoples Republic of China; 400 km (250 miles) per Qualified Stay at Super 8 Participating Hotels within the Peoples Republic of China; 3 km (2 miles) per U.S. $1.00 spent at all Participating Hotels outside of the Peoples Republic of China but Hawthorn Suites; 800 km (500 miles) per Qualified Stay at Hawthorn Suites Hotels outside of the Peoples Republic of China.
    • Czech Airlines OK Plus - 500 miles per Qualified Stay at all Participating Hotels

    At Participating Hotels, points or mileage will be calculated based on the US dollar amount actually paid for the room rate only. Non-qualified rate plans, taxes, food and beverage, and other incidentals do not qualify. For hotel stays outside of the United States, the amount paid will be converted into U.S. dollars at the exchange rate in effect when the Participating Hotel transmits the stay information to Wyndham Rewards.

  5. Wyndham Rewards Members staying at a Participating WH&R Property (excluding Corinthia associated properties) are eligible to receive either:
    (a) Wyndham Rewards Points - 10 Wyndham Rewards points per U.S. $1.00 spent, or
    (b) Airline Miles under the following airline frequent travel programme: Aeroplan, Air Berlin top bonus®, American Airlines AAdvantage®, Czech Airlines O.K. Plus, Continental Airlines OnePass®, Delta SkyMiles®, Midwest Airlines Midwest Miles®, Miles & More, Northwest Airlines WorldPerks®, Spirit Airlines™ FREE SPIRIT Miles®, United Mileage Plus®, US Airways Dividend Miles®,– 500 miles per Qualified Stay, regardless of its length
    • Sun Country Airlines: 2 Sun County Airlines Ufly points per Qualified Stay
    • Air China Phoenix Miles, China Eastern - Eastern Miles, China Southern Sky Pearl Club and Hainan Airlines Fortune Wings Club - 800 km (500 miles) per Qualified Stay

    At participating Wyndham Hotels and Resorts properties, points will be calculated based on the US dollar amount of the total folio actually paid for, net of taxes and resort fees.

  6. A new Member can earn Wyndham Rewards points on qualified stays occurring within 30 days before enrolment only at Participating Hotels or Wyndham Hotels and Resorts properties by visiting the Wyndham Rewards website and emailing Wyndham Rewards Member Services or calling Wyndham Rewards Member Services within 12 months after enrolment. The Member may be asked to provide his/her hotel receipt and Wyndham Rewards Member number, dates of applicable stay and name and address of the Participating Hotel. The stay must have occurred after the launch date of the Wyndham Rewards programme for the participating Hotel Chain or the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts chain to qualify. Members cannot earn airline miles for stays before enrolment.
  7. If the property requires a credit card for a reservation, the Member is a no-show, and the hotel charges his/her credit card for the first night of the no-show stay, the Member will receive points for such night as if he/she had stayed.
  8. PAYBACK – German Loyalty Programme for Earning Members who join the PAYBACK programme can earn One (1) PAYBACK point per U.S. dollar spent on Qualifying Stays at Participating Hotels and Participating WH&R Properties. Members must be resident of Germany and at least 16 years of age.

C. Car Rental Earning

Wyndham Rewards Members can earn 50 points per rental day on qualifying rentals from Avis® or Budget® at participating locations in North America, Europe, the Peoples Republic of China or Libya but a maximum of 1,500 points per rental per month will be applied. For information on either Avis or Budget, please visit their websites.

Wyndham Rewards members can earn 500 Wyndham Rewards points per qualified rental from Sixt Rental Car at participating locations. For more information, please visit the Sixt website.

A qualified rental is defined as any single rental of a single vehicle for one or more consecutive rental days at a participating Avis, Budget or Sixt Rental Car location for which a Wyndham Rewards Member has paid a qualifying rate. Qualifying rates exclude special rates such as complimentary/award, tour, charter, accommodation or certain travel industry rates. The Member must present his/her membership number or card at the rental counter.

D. Wyndham Holiday Resorts Earnings

Wyndham Rewards members can earn up to 6,000 Wyndham Rewards points when participating in a Wyndham Holiday Resorts sales presentation lasting approximately 120 minutes. Members will receive 1,000 Wyndham Rewards points 45 days after purchasing a qualifying package and an additional 5,000 Wyndham Rewards points after attending the sales presentation. Please allow 6 weeks for your points to be awarded. Wyndham Rewards points will not be awarded to members who attend a sales presentation with Wyndham Holiday Resorts as part of another Wyndham Holiday Resorts promotional offer. III. Redeeming

A. Redeeming Generally

  1. Members can redeem Wyndham Rewards points for U.S., Canada, Europe, the Peoples Republic of China, and Libya Free Night Rewards as described in Subsection B and C below (collectively referred to as "Free Night Rewards") and for the other rewards listed in the Wyndham Rewards schedule found in the Membership Guide or on the Wyndham Rewards website or by calling Wyndham Rewards Member Services. Wyndham Rewards points are not redeemable for cash.
  2. Points will be deducted from the Member's account at the time the redemption request is made.
  3. All redemptions are final and rewards may not be returned for credit except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions.
  4. All rewards are subject to availability and certain conditions and limitations established by the applicable Rewards Participant that are in effect at the time of redemption, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. Expiration and blackout dates may apply. Members may not be able to combine rewards with other discounts or special offers of Rewards Participants. Please refer to the Rewards Schedule, the applicable Rewards Participant's website, or call Wyndham Rewards Member Services for further information.
  5. Rewards will not be replaced or reissued, nor points re-credited to a Member's account if the reward is lost, stolen, or otherwise destroyed. Sponsor and its affiliates, Participants and contractors will not be responsible for rewards or correspondence which are lost or delayed by the U.S. Mail or by another delivery service. Once airline tickets or any other travel documents have been issued, it will be the Member's responsibility to make arrangements with the carrier and to pay any penalty that might be imposed if he/she wants to change his/her itinerary.
  6. If a Wyndham Rewards Member does not have a sufficient number of points in his/her account at the time he/she desires to redeem them for a reward, the Member may call Wyndham Rewards Member Services and purchase additional points. Members may purchase up to 5,000 points per month, at the rate of $20 per 1,000 points. Points must be purchased in 1,000 increments and charged to either a valid MasterCard or Visa card. These rates are subject to change at any time, without notice. Except, as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions, Members cannot supplement points with cash to redeem for rewards.
  7. When a Member redeems a reward from a Rewards Participant, which is also an Earning Participant under the Programme, the Member will not earn points or airline miles on such activity.
  8. Rewards may change from time to time. For the most up to date list of rewards, see the rewards schedule at the Wyndham Rewards website or call Wyndham Rewards Member Services. Rewards will be offered at pre-determined point levels.

B. Free Night Rewards for Participating Hotels in the United States or Canada

  1. Members can redeem points for one or more free night stays at Participating Hotels (“U.S. & Canada Free Night Reward“) in the U.S. or Canada. A “US & Canada Free Night Reward“ is valid only for the room rate and room tax for one single or double standard hotel room. All other charges and expenses must be paid for by the Member.
  2. The number of points required for a “U.S. & Canada Free Night Reward” will vary depending on the hotel tier in which the Participating Hotel is categorised. Members may perform a multiple Hotel Chain search for hotel tiers under the redemption section on the Wyndham Rewards website or may call Wyndham Rewards Member Services for assistance.
  3. Reservations for “U.S. & Canada Free Night Rewards” must be booked at the time of redemption and certain arrival and departure restriction may apply. Rooms are subject to availability and there are no blackout dates. Paper certificates will not be issued for US & Canada Free Night Rewards.
  4. Cancellation policies for US & Canada Free Night Rewards are dictated by individual hotels. Please check with Wyndham Rewards Member Services at +800-367-87477 to confirm the Participating Hotel's cancellation policy. If a Member properly cancels his/her reservation through Wyndham Rewards Member Services and in accordance with the Participating Hotel's cancellation policy, all points redeemed for the US & Canada Free Night Reward will automatically be returned to his/her account. No points will be re-credited to a Member's account in the event of a “no-show“, a partial use of a US & Canada Free Night Reward, if the Member cancels his/her reservation through a channel other than WyndhamRewards Member Services or if he/she otherwise fails to strictly follow the above cancellation procedures.

C. Free Night Rewards for Participating Hotels outside the United States and Canada:

  1. Members can redeem points for a free night stay at Days Inn, Hawthorn Suites®, Howard Johnson, Microtel Inns & Suites, Ramada, and Super 8 Participating Hotels in Europe, the Peoples Republic of China and Libya (“International Free Night Reward”).
  2. International Free Night Reward reservations must be made at least 48 hours before desired stay through the following two-step process:
    (1) The Member must first book his/her hotel reservation by calling Wyndham Rewards Member Services at 00-800-367-87477.
    (2) The Member then must redeem his/her points for an International Free Night Reward to cover the reservation by either calling: Wyndham Rewards Member Services at 00-800 367-87477 or visiting wyndhamrewards.com.
  3. Rooms are subject to availability. Certain blackout dates and arrival and departure restrictions may apply. There may be a limited number of rooms available during peak periods or special events.
  4. The number of points needed to redeem for an International Free Night Reward at these locations will vary by hotel.
  5. Certificates for International Free Night Rewards will be issued in the Member's name or in the name of a person designated by the Member. The Certificate will entitle the individual listed on the front of the Certificate to one (1) free night, covering room and tax only, at the Participating Hotel listed on the front of the Certificate. The Certificate holder will be responsible for paying for additional nights not covered by the Certificate(s). The certificate will be mailed to the Member's address on file with Wyndham Rewards.
  6. A International Free Night Reward is valid only for the room rate for one (1) single or double standard hotel room (up to 2 people allowed), including VAT or local taxes.
  7. The International Free Night Reward may not be combined with any other coupon, offer or special promotion.
  8. A major credit card must be provided at the time of reservation and at check-in.
  9. A International Free Night Reward Certificate may only be returned for points credited to a Member's account if all of the following steps are adhered to:
    1) The Member timely cancels (as determined by the local hotel's cancellation policy) his/her reservation by calling Wyndham Rewards Member Services at 00-800 367-87477.
    2) The Member returns the Free Night Reward Certificate to Wyndham Rewards Member Services no later then 30 days after the date of the free night award.
  10. In the event a Member fails to timely cancel a reservation in accordance with the local hotel's cancellation policy and/or fails to arrive at the hotel on the reserved arrival date, the International Free Night Reward Certificate will be forfeited and will no longer be valid.
  11. The Certificate must be presented to the front desk clerk upon check-in or have Wyndham Rewards Member Services send a copy of the certificate via facsimile prior to arrival.
  12. Members will not accrue Wyndham Rewards points or airline miles for any stays using an International Free Night Reward Certificate.
  13. If due to loss or theft the Member does not have his/her Certificate at the time of check-in, he/she should call Wyndham Rewards Member Services at 00-800-367-87477 for a duplicate to be faxed to the hotel. The hours of service are Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern Standard Time and Saturday and Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. If the Member is unable to obtain a duplicate Certificate throughout his/her stay, he/she will be charged the local hotel's standard room rate for the particular day.

D. Free Night Rewards for Destination Hotels and Holiday Resorts

  1. Members can redeem points for free night stays at Participating WH&R Properties and at participating Sol Melia hotels around the world (collectively referred to as "Destination Hotels and Resorts"). Except for all-inclusive Sol Melia and Participating WH&R Properties, a reward for a Destination Hotel and Resort is valid only for the room rate for one (1) single or double standard hotel room for up to two guests, including VAT or local taxes but not including incidental charges. A reward for an all-inclusive Sol Melia or Participating WH&R Property also includes meals and other amenities. A reward for an all-inclusive Participating WH&R Property is for a double occupancy room only; single guests will not be accepted.
  2. The number of points needed for a Destination Hotels and Holiday Resorts Reward will vary by hotel. Visit wyndhamrewards.com or call Wyndham Rewards Member Services for details at 00-800-367-87477.
  3. Certificates will be issued for Destination Hotels and Resorts rewards in the Member's name or in the name of a person designated by the Member. Certificates are valid only for the specific hotel listed on the front of the Certificate. Certificates will be sent to the Member's address on file with Wyndham Rewards.
  4. For Destination Hotels and Holiday Resorts Rewards, Members must book their hotel reservations and redeem their points a minimum of 48 before their desired stay. The Member will be asked by the reservation agent to provide a major credit card to confirm the reservation. There are two steps to this process.

    When making the reservation, the Member must state that he/she desires to use a Wyndham Rewards Destination Hotels and Holiday Resorts Reward for the hotel stay. The Member will be asked by the reservation agent to provide a major credit card to confirm the reservation.
    (2) The Member must next visit wyndhamrewards.com or call Wyndham Rewards Member Services at + 506-638-4869 to redeem his/her points for a Destination Hotels and Holiday Resorts Reward Certificate. If the Member redeems through the website, he/she must select the hotel he/she booked in Step 1 above. If the Member calls Member Services, he/she will need to advise the Member Services representative of the hotel which he/she booked.
  5. The Certificate must be presented to the front desk clerk upon check-in. Once the Certificate is issued, it will be deemed fully used.
  6. Destination Hotels and Resorts rewards are subject to availability and may not be offered during certain holiday and peak travel periods. Certain arrival/departure restrictions, blackout periods and other limitations may apply. There are no black-out dates for free nights at Participating WH&R Properties.
  7. Multiple Destination Hotels and Holiday Resorts Reward Certificates can be combined for stays longer than (1) one night. Members are responsible for paying for additional nights not covered by Certificates. Destination Hotels and Holiday Resorts Reward Certificates may not be combined with any other coupon, offer or special promotion for the duration of the stay.
  8. To cancel a Free Night reward, the member must a) Cancel the hotel reservation (using the reservation number indicated in number 4) in accordance with the local hotel's cancellation policy in a timely manner; b) Contact Wyndham Rewards Member Services to cancel this redemption and c) Return the Free Night reward certificate to Wyndham Rewards Member Services no later then 30 days after the date of the free night award. Upon completion of all of these steps, all points redeemed for the Free Night reward will be returned to the Member’s account, and the member will not be charged a “no-show” fee as described in paragraph 9.
  9. In the event of a “no-show” or if the Member fails to cancel a Participating WH&R Property hotel reservation strictly in accordance with the above cancellation procedures, the Member will forfeit his points and they won’t be re-credited to his account. In the event of a “no-show” or if the Member does not cancel the hotel reservation strictly in accordance with the cancellation policy, the hotel will charge the Member's credit card for a one night stay at the hotel's rack rate on that day (a “no-show fee”). If the Member contacts Wyndham Rewards Member Services and returns the Sol Melia or Participating WH&R Property Free Night reward certificate to Member Services within 30 days after the date of the free night reward, all points redeemed for the Free Night Reward will be returned to the Member’s account.
  10. Members will not accrue Wyndham Rewards points or airline miles for any room nights using a Destination Hotels and Holiday Resorts Certificate.

E. Redeeming for Endless Holiday Rewards (“EVR”)

  1. Wyndham Rewards members may view availability at EVRentals.com website and then redeem their points for their choice of a $100, $250 or $500 credit towards an Endless Holiday RentalsSM resort holiday rentals by calling Wyndham Rewards Member Services. Only one credit may be redeemed per holiday rental. Qualifying resort holiday rentals available for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday pick-up only. Members will receive a receipt within the mail confirming their redemption.
  2. The member is responsible for verifying all details in the confirmation and notifying Wyndham Rewards Member Services immediately by calling 00-800-367-87477 if the confirmation information is incorrect. Changes to any aspect of the confirmation may be treated as a cancellation.
  3. Cancellation Policy For all properties (excluding properties from Cuendet® & CIE Spa and Holiday Cottages Group Limited), the Endless Holiday Rentals cancellation policy is as follows: If a reservation is cancelled three or more calendar days (Central Standard Time) prior to the check-in date, EVR will refund one hundred percent (100%) of the total rental fee and 100% of points will be refunded. If a reservation is cancelled 2 or less calendar days (CST) prior to the check-in date, no refund will be made for any part of the rental fee and no points will be refunded. No refunds of rental fee or points will be given for no-shows or early check-outs. The property is not authorised to make any exceptions.

    For properties from Cuendet & CIE Spa and Holiday Cottages Group Limited (English Country Cottages), the cancellation policy is as follows: If a cancellation is received ninety one (91) or more calendar days (CST) prior to check-in date, EVR will refund one hundred percent (100%) of the total rental fee. No points will be refunded. If a cellation is received between sixty-one (61) and ninety (90) calendar days (CST) prior to the check-in date, EVR will refund fifty percent (50%) of the total rental fee. No points will be refunded. If a cancellation is received between thrity-one (31) and sixty (60) calendar days (CST) prior to the check-in date, EVR will refund twenty five percent (25%) of the total rental fee. No points will be refunded. If a cancellation is received thirty (30) calendar days (CST) or less prior to the check-in date, no refund will be made for any part of the rental fee. No points will be refunded.

F. Redeeming for Airline Miles

  1. Wyndham Rewards Members who are members of certain travel rewards programmes may redeem their Wyndham Rewards points for miles in these programmes. See the list of current airline redemption options via the Wyndham Rewards website.
  2. The terms and conditions of the applicable airline rewards programmes govern the redemption and distribution of miles in these programmes.
  3. Members should allow 6 to 8 weeks for miles/points to be credited to their airline programme account after their redemption request.
  4. Once Wyndham Rewards points have been redeemed for airline miles they cannot be returned for credit to the Member's Rewards account.
  5. The names of the airline rewards programmes are the registered trademarks of such carriers.

G. Redeeming for Car Rental Certificates

  1. Members can redeem points for either an Avis® or Budget® Reward Certificates. A Certificate entitles the individual listed on the front of the certificate to 1, 2 or 3 weekend days free of the daily time and mileage charge for a:

    Midsize to full-size 4-door car from Avis®
    Ranger Pickup, standard SUV, or compact to full-size 4-door car from Budget®.

    Requested car size is subject to availability. A weekend period begins Thursday noon and car must be picked up by Sunday 3:00 PM. Car must be returned by Monday 11:59 PM or a higher rate will apply. Certificates are valid only at participating locations in the contiguous U.S. (excluding the New York Tri-State Area) and Canada.

  2. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance at either the Avis® or Budget® website or by calling their toll reservation number and providing the coupon number on the front of the Certificate.
